Great family home with a nice yard in a family-friendly neighborhood with sidewalks for strolling, bicycling; close to the beach, bike paths and public transportation. First Floor: hardwood floors with an open plan - living room w/ all brand new sectional & 55"TV, EIK & new quartz countertops with stools , brand new appliances, den with brand new loveseat and comfy chair and a brand new 50" TV, large Queen Bedroom w/ brand new furniture and mattress, full bathroom w/ shower and new vanity, toilet. Second Floor: new berber-carpeted staircase leads to the second floor with all new plank flooring, a Queen Master Bedroom Suite with all new furniture, large walk-in closet, and master bath with Jacuzzi and shower with new vanity, toilets, fixtures, etc. Two additional bedrooms, one with 2 brand new Full beds/mattresses and one with 3 brand-new Twin beds/mattresses and new furniture in both. Jack & Jill Full bathroom with tub/shower, new vanity, toilet, lighting and brand new Washer/Dryer

Central Island, Easy access

Great access to north shore beaches, airport, bike path and amenities. Comfortable and spacious for a family vacation. Property owner was extremely responsive and a great host!

Amazing September Stay!

Great weekend

Perfect Vacation

Perfect for my family!

I have been renting in Nantucket for 30 years. Few houses have the beds and living space this home offers. Check in was flawless and Ty was very accommodating. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Nostalgic Reunion

We and our friends had gathered in a different location 10-12. We were hoping to reconnect and it was great. The rental property was perfect for our needs. Although we didn't have our own car we could walk to the airport, buss stop, or call Uber to go anywhere. Those of us in our 30's rented bicycles. The kitchen had plenty of equipment to make all our meals. There were plenty of linens, towels. The home is recently updated, clean, comfortable. We would stay there again.

Ty was a great host. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Checkin/out was seamless and straightforward. It’s not walkable to Main Street, but it’s a very quick drive if you have a car (parking in town was easy, but Ubers were easy too). We were so sad to leave - we’ll be back!

Quick Stay for 7 People

Great house - updated, spacious, clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for 7 people, air conditioning in each bedroom (it was pretty warm when we were there), lots of beach towels, all the kitchen accessories we needed . Cute little back deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Ty is really terrific with communication - very responsive and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet. Even though the house is near the airport we never noticed plane noise. Because we were only visiting for 2 nights we didn't take a car to the island with us. The house is about 3 miles from town and about 2 miles to the beach so it would have been better to have a car. We rented bikes for all of us and they were delivered to the house quickly - that saved us!! The distance from things is the only downside to the rental so just be prepared to either have a car, rents bikes or use taxis a bunch. Fantastic value for such a nice place.

Attentive Owner

This property was immaculate and met the needs of our family incredibly well. Ty was easy to communicate with and his home was fabulous. Our children are 22, 15 & 14 so our biking excurisions to the beach and town were not a problem in as much as we did not bring our car. Stop and Shop is about a mile up the road which made getting needed items quick and easy.
