Brant Point beach house 1/2 mile de la ville. Cul-de-sac tranquille sur la nature.

Parfait pour une famille multi-générationnelle, deux familles avec enfants ou pour cinq couples. Chambres aux premier et deuxième étages. Au bout d'une allée privée d'huîtres, cette maison de plage bénéficie d'un emplacement merveilleusement calme tout en étant proche de la ville et des plages.

La promenade de la veuve offre une vue à 180 degrés du port de Nantucket à l'océan. Tranquille et charmant. Adjacent à une réserve foncière de 2 acres.

La maison est orientée au sud, donc la lumière du soleil inonde le salon, la grande pièce et la cuisine. Il a une sensation légère et aérée. Il y a une douche extérieure, bien sûr. Grande terrasse et grand barbecue à gaz Weber.

L'ascenseur de 2016 profite au maximum des vues sur les terres protégées, le port panoramique et les vues sur le son depuis la promenade des veuves. Découvrez les feux d'artifice de Boston Pops et de July Fourth dans une merveilleuse perspective sur les toits. Nouvelle salle de bain en marbre avec baignoire sur pattes, nouveaux sols, tous les nouveaux meubles et décoration.

La plage pour enfants se trouve à 1/4 de mile. Jetties Beach, avec son snack-bar, ses vestiaires et ses salles de bains, est à 800 mètres. De nombreux clients n'apportent pas de voiture, mais à pied ou à vélo. Il y a une place de parking sur la voie privée devant la maison.

Nous n'autorisons pas les mariages ou les fêtes, excuses. Vous devez avoir 25 ans pour louer cette maison et fournir une preuve avec un permis de conduire.

Beautiful house, great location!

We had a fantastic time in Nantucket. The house is close to town but also in a quiet neighborhood, so everything was super accessible. The yard gave us great space to be outside, and everything about the house was high quality and comfortable.

This is a wonderful property. Location is amazing- walk to town for dinner and stroll to the beach after for sunset! Owner was super responsive and whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Great stay! We had multiple generations in the lovely Brant Point home for a family wedding. We could walk everywhere so did not need a car. Kids went to Children's Beach and adults could walk into town. We also rented bikes to go anywhere on island. The house was perfect and the owners were wonderful to deal with. Lots of good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows, and the main room had a wonderful dining area with window seat to fit a large crowd. But our favorite spot was sitting on the front swings enjoying the beautiful weather. We highly recommend.

Great for our family of 5. 3 adult (children in 20’s) comfortable in upstairs 3 rooms with bathroom and parents downstairs . Plenty of space to play games or relax on first floor. Great porches, front and back! Most comfortable porch swings ever. Would have given 5 stars if beach chairs, umbrella, cooler , and tp were provided. Otherwise a very lovely stay in a beautiful home.

Our listing and house guide were upfront about beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler: we don't provide them because people trash them every year. So we're puzzled by the snarky rating.

Sweet house with great outdoor amenities

You can’t go wrong on Nantucket and being closer to town was a bonus. We were comfortable as a party of five. More than that would mean playing musical chairs given the layout. The photos are much better than the reality. Great, functional kitchen. Owner should provide more basics given the hefty price point. Bring toilet paper? Give me a break.

I went down with a group of girlfriends for a long weekend. The house was so cute and a short 10-15 minute walk to down town. We did have to buy a few supplies for the house such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. I would be prepared to either buy supplies there or bring them with you if you can. Otherwise everything was perfect

Beautiful home, missing a few items

Pros: Location, beautiful home and garden, lots of comfortable space for our group, gracious property managerCons: Not stocked with essentials. We shouldn't be worrying about stocking up on toilet paper and trash bags while on vacation. Host’s attitude makes you feel like you need to apologize and tread carefully to stay at their home. Threats of “intentionally high” fees if you don’t read the laundry list of rules. Early 9am on the dot Checkout, or else “substantial” rush cleaning fee. Feeling welcomed makes a difference. (Also, no full sized mirrors in the house. No mirrors whatsoever in the master.)

Alas, no good deed ever goes unpunished. We're proud to have rented our home for 20 years rather selectively. Keenan, as a first-time renter, screwed up his initial reservation and asked us to help him cancel and re-reserve. Happy to do so, reducing his deposit by $5,000. Clearly he was not an experienced with VRBO and we helped him out a little. Our home is a home. It is not a hotel, as much as his review suggests it should be. Our house guide, sent in advance, clearly states what is and is not stocked. I'm sorry we are not stocked like a hotel. We are not a hotel nor are we an AirBnB. Nantucket is a unique destination with rather demanding maid and trash services. So yes, we all have to pay attention to the rules so the next guests have a clean home ready for their arrival. Rules are sent in advance; not sure where the entitlement is coming from. We are not a hotel. If you want a hotel, The White Elephant is excellent and just a block away. Their night rate is double our nightly rate. I wish Keenan well as he does more traveling and renting and gains a little more experience.

Depends on what you’re looking for!

Location for this house is great but the house itself is looking and is a bit tired In need of some tlc...absentee ownership appears to be a problem. Good house if you are there for a party weekend but to bring family and stay it was a bit lacking .. we had some issues, some of which were addressed but some were not.. never had electricity in downstairs bathroom which was a bummer...porch/outside furniture tired and rusty.. beach chairs extremely tired and rusty.. nice outdoor shower.. we will Look elsewhere for next year.. hope owners put some time and energy into the home for what they are charging...it could be really great!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful and cozy home

We came to Nantucket for a family gathering and this house was absolutely perfect. The amenities were great, plenty of room and the house had character (exactly what you want when you come to Nantucket). The location is walkable to town, the beaches and pretty much any main area you would want to be in. Our host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Nantucket house

Absolutely loved Southern Sass! The location is unbeatable and the house is even better in person. There is ample outdoor space and an awesome front porch. We loved the proximity to town, outdoor shower, multiple bedrooms and beautiful decor. We hope to return soon!

Great house in perfect location.

This property is just as adorable as pictured - does not disappoint. It had everything we needed, and is perfectly located for walking or biking to town or the beach. The outside deck is lovely for coffee in the mornings, and the rooftop is amazing at sunset. We had no issues while we were there, but the owner was accessible and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Great location and lovely house!

We stayed here with our two kids, ages 1 and 4, as well as our parents for a few days. The location could not have been better for having small children. A quick walk to children’s beach or jetties and a short walk to downtown! The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The kids loved the yard and the porch swings!

Nantucket Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home in the Brant Point neighborhood. The house is immaculate, updated and beautifully furnished. It is walking distance from all the restaurants and shops that we visited, and just down the street from the White Elephant hotel where we hosted our daughter's wedding. The house is a short walk and easy drive to the ferries too. The outside is landscaped to perfection with a deck right off the kitchen and a brand new outside shower. We could not recommend this special property more highly.

Fantastic location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future. Great location at the end of a quiet side street in Brant Point and abutting a wetland area offers really nice views back towards town. With three younger children, we really value the location and ease of biking to Jetties beach, children's beach and town.

overall great spot in a great location!

southern sass was a wonderful place for our family to gather. plenty of room for sleeping and nice to have an extra 1/2 bath on main level. kitchen was tight on space but well equipped. not much cabinet space available for food storage, but manageable using island counter...sitting spaces were adequate, although we weren't all home at the same time much!!..dining table easily accommodated 8. we wished there was seating on the front porch..a few rockers would be perfect...no seats at all there. and only thing we felt was missing were dish towels/hand towels and a broom. we had a few small issues during our stay that were immediately remedied. very prompt property management. the outdoor shower was terrific! the location in terms of walking to jetties and childrens beach, and to town, was ideal...only one parking spot in front of house but other spots available down the street at early point in season..not sure how that would be later on as things get busier..but we enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect Nantucket vacation Rental!

The house was better in person then online! The house was beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, a fully loaded kitchen, gas grill, two wonderful decks, a patio, widows walk with ocean views, etc! Since this house abuts a conservation area, the nights and mornings are very peaceful. You can walk to Town, beaches and your favorite restaurants within minutes. We will be back for sure!
