Dans le centre-ville animĂ© de Nantucket, il peut ĂȘtre difficile de trouver un endroit confortable, spacieux et moderne pour votre visite. Notre maison est Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied du centre-ville et Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied des terminaux de ferry. Vous vous sentirez chez vous et Ă  l'aise dans nos chambres spacieuses avec des levers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle et des couchers de soleil pendant que vous barbecue dans la cour privĂ©e. À moins de 100 pieds se trouve une plage publique sur laquelle vous pouvez lancer notre kayak ou notre pĂ©dalo, et profiter des plages dĂ©sertes du port dĂ©sertes. SituĂ© le long de la piste cyclable de la rue Washington Street. Plage et ville Ă  la fois, vous n'aurez mĂȘme pas besoin d'une voiture (mais nous avons un parking si vous le faites). Kayak de mer tandem (1) et pagaie stand-up (2) Ă  la disposition de nos clients - nouveau en 2019.

Very happy with our stay

This was our first VRBO experience, and we were very pleased. The unit is new, modern, and very clean with a lot of thoughtful touches and amenities to make a guest feel comfortable. It is very convenient to town and has a nice harbor view. We appreciated the flexibility around our check-in time as well. Overall a very good experience.

Perfect getaway

We did 10 nights here and I didn’t want to leave. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Loved the location right by the harbor, the spaciousness of the condo, and the easy walk into town. The management has supplied this home with everything it needs for beach, laundry, BBQ, morning coffee on the deck, and was very professional and organized. Excellent vacation property. My biggest concern was that it would be booked the next time I wanted to come again.

Wonderful spot!

We love this location and house if fantastic! I have rented this property a couple of times and each time has been fantastic! This house has everything you need and the owner is very responsive! We used the paddle board a lot and love that there are beach chairs and towels ready to use! The house is clean and user friendly! Just a heads up that when you rent this property you are renting the bottom floor only. We never need more space - it has worked out great for us! We will be back!

Gorgeous sunrises

Great house for us. Clean and clutter free. Surprisingly quiet for location on a busy corner. Seeing sunrise from bedroom and porch motivated us to actually get up to see it. Wonderful to be able to paddleboard in early am when it's less windy. Fabulous location for walking into town and biking everywhere.

Nantucket Gem

Days start with coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over Nantucket harbor and finishes while enjoying a cocktail and the cool breeze. This place is perfect. Jonathan was super responsive and accommodating. We’re definitely coming back.

Perfect for the 4th!

We had an amazing stay over the 4th of July weekend. The owners left welcome snacks, wine, and flowers. The house was perfectly accommodating with everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. We loved using the SUP and kayak and exploring the creek area and small secluded beaches over by the yacht club. You absolutely can not beat this location. We walked into town for every meal and loved the proximity to the bike path. The beach across the street was perfect for late afternoon swims with the kids. Owner was very responsive when we had to reach out with a small issue to resolve. Highly recommend this fabulous spot on this special island!

Don’t hesitate


We were only there a moment or two before it felt as much like an invitation as a transaction. And after just five minutes on the porch gazing at that memorable view, bliss
. There was something that made us smile as we entered each room—unexpected touches everywhere we turned. We forgot to pack a couple of things, but we found all we needed and plenty more that was useful. We so appreciate the incredible amount of thought and creativity that’s gone into designing, equipping and stocking this relaxing refuge.

PERFECT HOUSE AND LOCATION

I do not think that this home could be any cleaner! The beds were comfortable and all amenities were thoroughly thought out. We had never been to Nantucket, so the information/recommendation packet was really helpful! Although we biked almost everywhere, we did not have bikes the first night. It was a quick walk to downtown. We had a great time.

Incredible Nantucket Seaside Retreat

The experience renting this incredible house in Nantucket Town was perfect. The house is absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly well-appointed. No detail was overlooked. Every corner of the house was immaculately spotless. The house is the perfect combination of a charming New England Exterior, and a modern clean elegant design with the ultimate in functionality in the Interior. The decor has a tasteful coastal/ beach vibe. The location is perfect — within a 5-minute walk to the center of Town. The view of the beach and water from the front porch is breathtaking. Everything is new and in perfect working condition. The Kitchen is equipped with every item needed to make and serve meals. The house was equipped with everything for an incredible vacation— BBQ grill, Kayaks, life vests, beach chairs, etc. I could go on for pages, but the bottom line is: The house was perfect.

Perfect house for two couples

We had a fantastic time at this perfect location. Check in could not have been easier. The location is great, its an easy walk to town center and right on the bike path. The views are amazing. The house had everything, great kitchen, paddle boards , beach chairs , towels. It’s everything I would have in my own vacation house. We would stay here again and probably will.

Awesome location

The property was very nice and as pictured..communication was prompt and thorough. The view from deck was awesome and great people watching! Location was so great easy walk to town and other places in Nantucket. I am definitely renting again!

This new, modern construction is located in the Nantucket Town Core Historic District. It faces Nantucket Harbor and is footsteps from Main Street Nantucket, the Great Harbor Yacht Club, the new in-town bike path, and the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is hard to beat. The home is located directly across from Francis St. Beach so you will always enjoy stunning Nantucket Harbor views. If you do stay here, please take the time to enjoy at least one sunrise and sunset from the front deck. You will not regret it. Footsteps from Main Street Nantucket so you do not even need a car. New in 2019, we have two paddle boards and one tandem sea kayak available for our guests to use.
