PARKING
1. Parking spots are free.
2. No vehicles may be parked on any street within the Property.
3. No vehicle shall ever be parked on any lawn, landscaped portion of any Lot, landscaped portion of the Common Area and/or any other portion of the property which is not specifically designed and intended for the parking of vehicles.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
• To use the BBQ grill, you should refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.
