You’ll be close to local cafes, supermarkets, and takeaway options, with parks and green spaces nearby for an easy morning walk or a bit of fresh air.



Prebbleton is a great base if you want a calmer stay away from the city bustle while still being well connected. Christchurch city attractions, shopping, dining, and events are an easy drive away, making it simple to enjoy the best of both worlds, peaceful evenings at home and convenient access to everything in the city.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around. The property is approximately a 20 minute drive to Christchurch city centre, with easy access to main roads and motorways. Local shops and amenities are just a few minutes away by car, and there is plenty of street parking in the area if needed.

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one house access key is provided as standard. Additional key must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key.
