The Treehouse is a Home Away From Home

Loved our stay! The house was exceptionally clean and cozy. The game area downstairs was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Great getaway

The property and the property owners are spectacular, this place is absolutely great for a getaway with your family, plenty of room. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

We had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay; people loved the little arcade in the basement as well as the sauna. There's a great swing set at the edge of the property that looks out into a marsh and it's so beautiful to just sit there and enjoy nature.

Tons of fun!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is large with a game room including ping pong and arcade machines. Our kids had a blast! We highly recommend this property and would like to visit again someday.

Amazing stay

Such a great place combined with a very thoughtful host. The children loved it here, seeing deer, squirrels and birds in the back yard and exploring the woods. Lots to do nearby as well. Rita is awesome, so helpful and keeping us updated as to what was going on locally. The property is ideal for families or groups and sure we will be back again.

Great stay for Thanksgiving getaway

Our family of 2 adults and 4 young children had a great stay at Rita's beautiful house. Both the kids and adults have really enjoyed the game room. The place is clean and cozy, and we were greeted with a basket of snacks. Rita is a super host, with almost instant reply. We definitely recommend for the stay!

Great property and great host!

We had an awesome time at this property! Rita was an amazing host and we all had such a great time on the property, enjoying the nature, especially the 2 person swing overlooking the creek and the green swing hanging from the porch!), also the amenities of the house (the basement arcade was a huge hit with all of us!) and the Hideout community!

Relaxing Vacation

The property was just as described. The game room was a hit. The house was clean and beds were super comfortable. It was nice and relaxing sitting by the fire at night. The community was very nice. Great place to stay!

Great cabin for fall

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very spacious and has a lot to offer. The kitchen is outdated so if you want to do a lot of cooking, consider bringing stuff from home. We would definitely love to come back.

The property was great and the host was super responsive and friendly! However the cleaning charge was a bit high for the requirement to strip the sheets/take out the garbage/wash the dishes.

We follow standard expectations as other short term rentals in our area pertaining to trash and asking that nothing is left behind that many attract wildlife including leaving behind dirty dishes. Our community has strict guidelines that no trash can be left outside and everything must be taken to the dumpsters. Great Weekend Getaway

Great weekend away. House had a mountain/cabin feel with excellent outdoor scenery, fire pit area, and wildlife. Game room was perfect for the kids. Good lake fishing a couple lots away, and decent restaurants nearby. Home owners communicated effectively and were responsive upon request. We had an enjoyable stay.

Well equipped getaway house in the woods for family with children

We were looking for a place to escape the pandemic for us, our son, daughter in law and 3 grandchildren. Loved playing pingpong and foosball! This place fit the bill.

Perfect house and location.

Rita was an amazing host! The house was awesome and perfect for our family. The game room was awesome and so was the fire pit area. Plenty of space for the family to relax together in living room! Highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back this winter!

Perfect for our family

Rita was very nice and responded right away to our questions. House had a lot of space inside and outside for our family. Kids enjoyed the games that were provided at the house. Great firepit area. Lots of things to do in the area. Definitely would go back.

Great house for family & friends

This house was perfect for a long week with friends and family. Rita was an amazing host, always available to go above and beyond to answer any questions. The downstairs was great for the kids to hang out while the adults could chill out around the fire upstairs. The house was very cute and clean. We were already talking about plans to go back in the summer months!

Best pandemic new year trip!

We spent 5 days in The Treehouse with my boyfriend and our 6 combined kids and it was perfect. Tons of room for everyone to hang together, or apart. It’s well appointed with everything you’ll need to cook, do laundry, and be comfortable for your stay. Rita is attentive and shared helpful tips and activities during our stay. No detail is spared and they are quite generous with their guests. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place to escape

We stayed at the Treehouse Thanksgiving week. It was a great place for our family of seven to get away and relax for the week. The house was clean when we arrived. Check-in instructions were clear and communication with Rita was timely. The weather was a bit cold and rainy (and snowy) but we had plenty to do inside like playing ping pong, board games, and watching TV by the fireplace. If we ever stay in the area again, we would go back to the Treehouse.
