THE SPACE

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is bright and easy-flowing. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV with DirecTV, and casual dining for 4, all oriented toward the balcony and that peaceful bay view. The efficient kitchen is well-stocked — refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dinnerware — everything needed for comfortable meals in.



The extended open balcony offers dining for 4 and the kind of unobstructed Estero Bay panorama that earns its place as the favorite room of the condo for virtually every guest who stays here. Sunrise to sunset, wildlife to night sky — it delivers every hour.



The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, bay views, and its own floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening directly to the balcony — the Bay is the first thing you see when you wake up.



The bathroom features a corner jetted tub and shower, with bath, pool, and kitchen towels all included for the stay.
