Perfect place to call home in Costa Mesa. This is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths single story home has everything you need to experience Southern California living. You can enjoy home cooked meal, explore all the famous restaurants in down town Costa Mesa, visit the nearby beaches, theme parks, or enjoy the sun in our backyard patio.
The house is newly renovated and fully furnished with quality furniture, bed/bath essentials.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, olive oil, salt and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes.

-Parking is free (can park 1 car in garage and 4 cars on driveway)
-IMPORTANT !!! Permit is required for street parking, otherwise you will get a parking violation or your car will be towed.

Guest access:
Guest have access entire a place. There’s one room in the house belongs to the owner.

Other things to note:
- In order to protect our guests and our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed.
-Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
- By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
- The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.

This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.

No loud music or parties. Absolutely, no
gathering outside past 9PM - this is strictly
enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest
disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will
have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.

- NO GATHERING OUTDOOR AFTER 9 PM
- QUIET HOUR 9 PM - 8 AM
- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED

The house was nice. The location was good. The main room and kitchen had lots of windows and space. The beds were comfy. The individual a/c units were amazing. The showers had great water pressure and were clean.There was pleanty of parking on the driveway and in the garage. The host was quick to respond. This house is a very simple house.Things to know before you book...-no dish washer-no dish towels to dry dishes-no food storage (Tupperware/ baggies)-no ice trays or ice maker-no cable TV -bbq is a charcoal grill (no grilling supplies)-no extra bath towels-no wash cloths -no extra linens (no top/flat sheet on beds)-"4th bedroom"/2 single beds are in the main room seperated by a curtain -no furniture/hangers to store clothes-no beach items (towels, chairs, cooler, etc)

Perfect quiet place

My family enjoyed the stay at this place it was perfect location, nicely decorated, 3 rooms plus the 2 additional twin beds in the addition. It was nice since all my kids got a bed. Very quiet and the host very helpful.

This property was awesome! It was very clean, spacious, and the host was awesome! We got locked out at one point and she was there within 5 minutes to let us in. Highly recommend this property!

House met our needs, owner was very friendly & responsive!

Traveled with my husband & 11mo old baby. Originally had a hotel booked but ended up being the same-ish price to book this house a week before our trip so we could have a little more space, and a separate bedroom for the baby. For the price, and availability a week before travel, it was fine and overall it suited our needs. There were a handful of minor issues but the owner was very responsive & friendly.

Very good experience!

We appreciated quiet neighborhood, cleanliness of the home, and spacious kitchen area. The home’s location near Newport Beach was just what we needed, and we also were very grateful for the new large washer and dryer to do the laundry. Having a high chair and a vacuum at the property would be a bonus since we had an infant and a small child. Our host was great about getting information to us quickly.

Clean and good location

Restaurants near by. Actually walked to dinner one night with kids. Good location. Fairly close to Disney and the beach. Large kitchen and dining to accommodate 8 people. Nice outdoor patio area. Washer/dryer are nice but in the garage. Unable to put our truck in the garage due to limited height but plenty of space in the driveway which is two vehicles wide. Quiet street. Overall good value.

We stayed at this property over the 4th of July with a group of 9 friends and had a great time overall. The location was solid, the neighbors were super friendly, and the air-conditioning was definitely appreciated during the summer heat. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made it easy to wind down after long beach days.That said, there were a few things that could be improved for future guests. There weren’t any trash bags provided when we arrived, though the host did order some for us once we reached out — we appreciated the quick response. There was also a cockroach that crawled onto the stove while we were cooking, which was definitely not ideal. One of the rooms listed as having two twin beds is really more of a small 10x10 space with curtains — just something to be aware of if you’re counting on that room for privacy or space. Also, only one bathroom had soap, and it was just a single large bottle for everyone to share.All in all, we still had a fun trip, but a little more attention to cleanliness and basic supplies would’ve gone a long way in making the stay more comfortable. Hopefully, these are just easy fixes for the host moving forward.

Multi-generational family Disney Trip

We reserved this home for my mother’s 80th birthday celebration at Disneyland. Our group consisted of 7 family members ranging in ages from 21-80, two couples. The layout and size were fine. Large kitchen area. Backyard was simple but comfortable for the limited time we spent outside. Minimalist IKEA decor. Pros: close to highway so easy to get to Disneyland and Newport Beach. Close to stores, so very convenient. Separate electric heater/ac in each room for personal comfort. Washer and dryer on premises (did not use). Large driveway and garage. Full size bath incidentals. Communication was simple as was access to property. Cons: needs more furnishings. There are no dressers in the bedrooms so it made it difficult to place incidentals and get comfortable. I would have a dresser/mirror and small chair in each room. Also the lamps in the room that connects to bathroom did not easily reach the outlet without moving side table, so a tad inconvenient. There was only one hand towel and no washcloths. I would stock more linens (the cabinet appeared to only have sheets and pillowcases). Also, extra pillows and blankets. The door from the bathroom to the bedroom is too short (my husband stuck his foot underneath). Also a gap in the front door made it drafty as it was chilly during our visit; a door sweep should be installed. Kitchen was minimally stocked, could not find dish towels as there is no dishwasher. Overall it’s great for a place to crash but not as cozy as we hoped.

Not 4 Bedrooms

Let me start by saying the host was very responsive and accommodating - I reached out prior to booking the rental to make sure my nearby family could come over which wasn't a problem. Any questions or issues I had during my stay, Ann responded right away. She was a 5 start host! The main issue I have with this house is that it is NOT a 4 bedroom house. The "4th" bedroom is a dining room that sits between the kitchen and the couch area. It has 3 walls and the 4th wall is curtains. It does not have any light aside from a table lamp that is not near an outlet so we had to move it to the foot of the bed to see. Also, the twin mattresses are on the floor. We did use it but it made it hard to use the common areas while my son slept. As a family of 5, we needed this bedroom. And at $500/day, we expected a 4 bedroom house. Overall the house is mostly clean but it does have a musty smell to it. We originally planned on hosting a family dinner but it wasn't the right house for it so we ended up spending as little time at the house as possible. It does not have a dishwasher (which is not in the listing and something I missed) so prepare to do dishes. A few dish towels and towel hooks in the bathroom would go a long way for future guests. The new full-size washer & dryer in the garage was really convenient.
