The location, the lobby being indoors, resort style pools we were thrilled with. Beach access was very convenient. Just like other reviews I saw, the condo overall was very quiet, not over crowded and the beach was never full. In our 20+ years of going to OB this was the first condo we said we would rebook. With that being said, I would love to see the bed covers and sheets get an upgrade. They were torn and kept coming off and it was inconvenient. The other thing that would be a super easy upgrade is the shower head and toilet seats. Super cheap addition to improve the experience. Overall, the condo was super nice and spacious and we loved it! Already recommended it to friends.

The room was cute, comfortable, and the AC was just right for the July heat. One of my most favorite things about the room was the ice maker. It was so nice for the coolers and cocktails. I would definitely stay here again. One negative, this room is on the second floor,I poured over the balcony in the shrubs, the melted sandy water from the cooler. I didn’t want to put it in the sink because of the sand. The security seen my actions and was completely rude, an ass really on how he addressed me. I was informed to throw nothing and I mean nothing he said over the balcony. Okay! It was melted sandy water, and I looked before I did it so it wouldn’t splash anyone below us.A response like ummm ma’am that is against the rules please don’t again for your stay. His statement was that I would be documented for my actions, ummmm again OKAY!There are numerous other places to stay.

I am glad you like the unit you were staying in, and Security is here to make sure everyone is safe from harm. There is an HOA rule against anyone throwing anything from the balcony.

The SeaChase property has everything you could need. Pools, hot tubs, and quick access to a beautiful beach. When you step outside of the property, there is more than enough to do. Great dining and activities for all ages. Our condo was extremely clean and well-decorated. The ice machine was an unexpected delight. I could not say one bad thing about our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and we look forward to coming back again very soon!

This unit is on the second floor with a beautiful view of the beach. Very convenient and easy to go to the beach. If you're there for a few days, it might be more advantageous to buy beach chairs across the street at Beach Planet versus renting the ones on the beach. The unit was very clean. They have several outdoor pools and hot tubs including an indoor pool, so in the event one is closed, you still have other options. The beds were comfortable. They have enough kitchen amenities and equipment, including an ice maker, and also a washing machine and dryer. The only upgrade I would suggest would be related to the TV's and most particularly the one in the living room. A more recent smart TV to connect to WiFi and to connect our own streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, would have been great. Also, we were pleasantly surprised as the unit was clean and ready before 4pm, it was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Seachase is great. Very clean and well kept. Close proximity to the beach and two pools makes it nice. The unit we stayed in was good but the dryer needs to be replaced because of all the rust on it. The kitchen is not well equipped with knives for chopping and cutting. The living room was very comfortable and accommodating. The air conditioning was nice and cool and check in was a breeze. Besides a few needed updates it was overall a very nice stay.
