This top-level 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located in near to Avarua town area, we offer a comfortable and affordable stay for travellers who want convenience without the high price tag.

The kitchen includes - A full oven, fridge, air fryer, toasted sandwich maker, with basic appliances, along with cups, plates glasses cutlery. We use the airfyer to cook and reheat cold food on low as long as you take the package away, its a more healthy option to reheat.

Note - WIFI
Apologies, we are working on getting WIFI connected to upstairs, they need to come and lay the cable, hopefully have this up and running soon.

We compensate by keeping our daily rates low.

Guest access

Arrival message will be sent by email few days before travel, please check, your email, read everything before you fly.

Duplex House -
2 seperate units inside with seperate entry amd exits. ( No sharing )
Guests have full private access to the entire top-level 1-bedroom apartment, include 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge & living area, fully equipped kitchen.


You have access to:

-Your own private entry via the side stairs (no shared entry)
-Large parking area on the property

Downstairs:
There are long-term guests living on the bottom unit of the duplex building.
They have their own separate apartment and entrance on the otherside, you may not even see them, they do not share any part of the upstairs apartment. They are very nice and helpful say hello if you see them around. If you need help with anything, go visit them during awake daytime hours.

ℹ️ Things to Note

We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially during early mornings and late evenings, as long-term guests living downstairs of the property.

Quiet times are from 10pm to 8am

TOWELS
Guests are welcome to bring their own shower towels.
Due to hygeine reasons. we only provide - 2 towels for beach

Bathroom products are not provided,
The property does not supply, any toiletries, any shampoo, conditioner, or body soap, due to hygeine reasons, please bring your own.

If you require additional bedding, sheets or more warmth, please contact us, or the cleaners and we’ll be happy to assist.

NOTE -
Caretaker, cleaners name is Ina & Apii mobile is 87554
( they are husband & wife team and very nice people, if you need anything please call them during daytime hours only )

LAUNDRY -
Host apologies, Sorry for inconvenience for now we have closed off the laundry area for Golden Palms Treehouse upstairs, due to some technical issues, we now planning to reno & install a new laundry upstairs inside the Golden Palms Treehouse unit, this will open sometime this year in near future.

Blue Pacific Laundry -
ALL Guests can utilise the Blue Pacific Laundry Service metres down the road on right, within walking distance to the town area, they are amazing.
Laundry load 8kg full warm hot wash and dry for only $16nzd.

NOTE -
Golden Palms Treehouse use Blue Pacific laundry to hot wash all our sheets and pillow cases and blankets to ensure all our guests get nice clean bedding from washing.

Guests are responsible for keeping the Golden Palms Treehouse clean and maintaining the unit in a nice respectful way for the duration of your stay.

Rubbish days are Friday,
If you are able - Please empty all your rubbish on Thursday into the bins located on the property, you can push the bin onto the roadside if full and bring back in for your convenience.

The top-level apartment has its own private entry via the side stairs and its own drive-in entry for private parking, guest use only.

NOTE - (Privacy)
No one but the guest booked are allowed to sleep or shower at this property

No ANIMALS, dogs or cats are allowed upstairs to sleep or be on this property

URGENT - If there is anything urgent that needs to repair on the property, like plumbing or electrical work, please email -
