What's nearby:
This rental is right on Ali'i Drive, an oceanfront road that leads right into downtown Kailua-Kona. The entire area offers shopping, biking, and walking while never losing sight of the ocean. Head in the other direction to popular beach destinations like Lyman's (a great surfing spot just under a half mile away). Both Magic Sands Beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park are just one mile away. Local take-out favorite Da Poke Shack, with its famously fresh tuna, is less than a block away from the condo - perfect for take-out you can enjoy on the beach. Breakfast food fans will love the Island Style breakfast (with locally grown macadamia nuts) at Island Lava Java just over two miles from the condo.

This development is currently undergoing construction, and noise may be heard during your stay. There should be no disruption to your ocean view or beach access. The anticipated completion date is November 8, 2024.
The pool and hot tub are in the main complex of Kona Bali Kai.
Stays over 28 nights may be eligible for a fee waiver.

This unit was in a great location with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean! There were a few bugs at night, but -hey, it's Hawaii and there are bugs - so you just need to put all your food in the fridge or freezer and go enjoy your time. The host was nice and responsive. Da Poke Shack is right downstairs!

The floor wasn’t clean in the kitchen. And there were ants in the room halfway through our stay, although I am sure that is just part of the island process. The Hot Tub was a little bit misrepresentative. It was basically two people that could sit in the smallest thing I’ve ever seen possible smaller than my bathtub, but I also didn’t spend much time in it. The pool was supposed to be open till 10. They closed at 9:41 our day of arrival we just wanted to get in the hot tub and relax.

The hot tub is a shared amenity in the guest common area adjacent to the pool and accommodates 4–6 people. Big Island Vacation

This is a very nice rental. It so close to the ocean, you can hear the waves as you fall asleep. Kitchen is well supplied. It has great sunsets from the Lanai.

If you want your own private balcony with a stunning view of the ocean, and a place to enjoy a magical sunset, look no further! You will be able to sleep with the best white noise on the planet! This home has a great bed and a great view! Loved it!

Fabulous location on the beach!

Could not have asked for a better place to call home for our week on the Big Island! Easy check in, good amenities (never used the pool/hot tub-too busy playing in the ocean and out exploring), loads of parking available, and quick responses from Vacasa. Fully stocked rental with everything you need. Loved sitting on the lanai with coffee every morning watching the waves crashing and enjoying the stunning sunrises. Comfy bed, comfy sofa and recliner, and good water pressure…no complaints! Would return here without hesitation!
