It was a cute little house, unfortunately we were there during a heat wave and the house has no a/c so it was a little uncomfortable. The renters upstairs were extremely noisy, it sounded like they were constantly moving furniture around. These things are not the fault of the rental agency just bad timing.

We were disappointed with the property. Online the pictures look great but in person it is very different. The property was extremely hot, even though fans were provided they didn't help cool the property. One fan wasn't working and very dusty. Other issues we had were the property didn't feel clean. The sofa was dirty, ripped and stained. The beds weren't comfortable, they were too soft that you rolled into the middle. The pillows were awful, they were so flat they felt like there was nothing inside of them. The bathroom shower head and sink had rust on them. The outdoor patio was infested with flies. Other than issues with the property, there were no stores nearby (ie: pharmacy/drug store, supermarket, fast food, nice restaurants). Access to the Bay and Beach were great. Parking was a plus. It would be great if those things were mentioned in the profile.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. As noted in our listing, the property does not have air conditioning, and fans are provided for guest comfort. We have also since replaced the sofa. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient access to the bay and beach, as well as the parking.

Location is simply a short two house walk to the bay. The fact that parking is available for a full-size pick up truck is amazing. The patio is generous, but the patio furniture could be more comfortable. The interior of the unit was great, but we did have an ant issue on the south wall. Luckily someone had left a child ,pet safe bug repellent under the counter. The couch also as I called to your attention in an email, but didn’t hear from anyone needs to be cleaned or replaced. The couch does have an old odor to it and definitely need some improvement. The beds are written up as two queens. The mattress to the room on the left is 6 inches smaller than the one on the right so apparently a full-size which is where we started and we’re on top of one another, changed beds halfway through our stay. Overall, the unit was clean and well appointed. yes we would come back again hoping that these few items would be addressed prior to our arrival next time.

They were not enough fans and the one available was dusty and dirty. The outdoor furniture is outdated and very dirty. Overall the place needs to be upgraded. And most importantly the bathroom shower when used the water has a bad smell. AH

Great place!

We stayed for a long weekend at the Bayside Bikini, and it was perfect! So relaxing to drink coffee on the covered patio, take a long walk or bike ride down the bay, and watch the sunset over the ocean. So many restaurants to eat at, and coffeeshops, stores to visit. We will be back!

Great little getaway spot, close to lots of stuff

We were here for just a weekend, it was super close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants within walking distance. The location came with one parking spot which was a huge plus. The building was very clean and well maintained. Easy to check in, and all around a great experience staying here. I would highly recommend.
