The rooms were clean, hosts responded immediately, the beach view was excellent, kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and the pool was clean and plenty of seating.

I grew up coming to this complex. You won’t find a better, nicer, quieter shorter walk to the beach than this.

Amazing condo!!!

I was a little concerned with the fact that this condo had no reviews but believe me when I say this condo was awesome!!! The balcony was amazing and the vies to die for!!!! 3 big bedrooms with their own bath. The pool was perfect and the easy walk out to the beach de this a first rate bargain!!!! Would and will stay here again!!! Itrip vacations were amazing to deal with constant communication!!!!!! Best stay ever!!!

This unit is overall good. Had a few minor problems like a light or 2 not working but nothing major. I’ve stayed in several rooms at this location and would stay in this one again.

The condo was exactly as it looked online. The furnishings were comfortable and clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice, not flat. The kitchen was very well equipped and the hot water was very hot. Having a washer and dryer was very much appreciated. The deck was nice it overlooked the pool and the beach view was excellent. The pool was very clean and a nice size. I had quick responses to my questions even though I didn't think they responded, but it was my fault for not checking Spam. There were six of us and we never got in each other's way. I would highly recommend this rental for a large family stay. Also shopping for food was near and the Sunshine Diner was a very good place.to eat.

Condo was just as described! We were so pleased at how spacious all the rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms were. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Condo was well decorated and all furniture was in great shape and beds were super comfy. The extra ice maker was a huge plus! The complex is on the smaller quieter side which is just what we were looking for as we had my 84 year old mom with us. If she didn't want to sit on the beach she enjoyed her time on the balcony with an amazing view of the gulf. Easy walk to the beach and not crowded at all. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location! Beautifully furnished and newly updated!

Marlin Key is my favorite rental in the area! It is quiet and low key. Not densely populated like many of the high rise buildings nearby. The building is directly on the beach and the grounds are very well maintained. This unit is right over the pool so it is perfect for watching kids play. The unit was newly updated and spotless. It was stocked well for cooking with new appliances and pots/pans were in great condition. Loved our stay here. It is the perfect location for a peaceful stay with family and friends! Beds are also very comfortable!
