For extra convenience, the living room features a Queen sleeper sofa with balcony access.
The family room is furnished with brand new furniture, including a sectional sofa with a Queen sleeper. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online directly through Phoenix IX. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions that includes a link to register your vehicle and complete your parking pass purchase.
