Phoenix West is one of the best condominium complexes in Orange Beach. Whether you're floating down the lazy river or having a drink on the balcony and taking in the sun this is the condo for you! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

No need to wait on the elevator when you can park on the 3rd floor and walk directly to your condo! It is also an ideal location to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the lazy river and outdoor pools.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This unit features a sleeper sofa, 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd bedroom has TWO Queen beds.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo is exactly as listed! The kitchen is well stocked, it’s very spacious,all beds are comfortable! The balcony view of the beach, pool and lazy river is just beautiful! The AC works wonderfully! We have already planned our family vacation for next year and plan to book 303 again! Thanks so much for the memories made on our family vacation this year!

The property was ok, but for the amount of people it can hold, the seating in the den area is not enough. There were some furniture items that were damaged or broken upon arrival as well. The kitchen light was not working but that was fixed promptly so I think the property manager is on top of things which was a plus. I think the cleanliness of the condo was not great, but it was like the door to the AC closet was dusty, and under the sinks, and spots on the walls and such. Overall, it was fine, but for the price I think it needs some attention.

I never got the tv in the bedroom working after several emails back and forth, the washer didn’t rinse sometimes, and when they say bring your own toilet paper they mean it. But the view was great and never really had to wait for the elevator which was a concern.

Got in the room a hour earlier than the check in time. This is a very nice condo in a great location and Phoenix West is a great complex. Being able to park directly on the same level that we stayed was an amazing bonus. Once you don’t have to use elevators you will not want to do it any other way. Pro’s: location. Parking. Comfortable beds. 4 bathrooms. Lazy river. Pools. Hot tub. 3rd floor. Cons: cleanliness was a definite negative. Furnishings were outdated or broken. Small TV in living room. Kitchen had cheap utensils and appliances. We believe that a minimum amount of money could really make this place special. Jon Alexander

Family Vacation 2025

We visited Orange Beach for the 3rd year in a row for our 4th of july family vacation. The condo was nice and spacious and very clean. The only issue is the decor and appliances are very outdated. Updating these things would make the unit perfect.

This is a great property especially for the value. There are multiple activities onsite and a beautiful beach as well. It is priced quite a bit less than comparable properties and with family staying in two other units I was able to compare - only difference may be some furnishings. Who needs that? It was clean, comfortable, spacious AND much less expensive than the other units. You will be pleased if you choose this unit.
