Condo "Sea La Vie" offers you the perfect place to spend your vacation close to the beach with a sea view directly from your terrace.
It is located in a secure and quiet residence.
The beach is within walking distance, and you will also have access to two swimming pools.
The residence is close to Philipsburg (shops, supermarkets,..) and Simpson Bay (bars, restaurants, casino,..)
Please note: the area is undergoing development, with construction work in progress, so there may be some noise during the week until around 3-4 p.m.
It is located in a secure and quiet residence.
