Mon logement est proche de la plage : La Baie Orientale, les restaurants : La Place du Village. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le quartier résidentiel et sécurisé, calme et proche des animations, les espaces extérieurs : une terrasse devant, espace piscine à l'arrière de la maison., la luminosité ; récemment rénovée, la maison est claire et lumineuse. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants).

Absolutely first class experience. The owner is fantastic and responsive to every request. This place is fully loaded. All the things you need to cook and for the beach. We have had great time here. The beach with multiple accommodations is a walk away. Plus other attractions around. A supermarket with both food from France and US is 5 minutes drive. The pool is also great. Private pool, frequently cleaned. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Macassi 4 is a charming villa steps away from Orient Beach and a short walk to the main Orient Bay Area which is full of shops and restaurants. Very conveniently located. Communication with Magali was easy and fast. We came with a family of three adults and two school aged kids. Would stay here again. Thank you!

there are little bugs that are on the wall/counters very small did not bother us. We understand that we are in the tropics overall nice spacious close to the beach! Pool was really well kept and cleaned.

Overall, our stay was good. The house itself needs updating. Many old features in the house. The pool needs a complete makeover. We thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs balcony, though it needs furniture. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Perfect stay

Steps from the sand and the perfect size pool (sun warmed it up fast) so we were able to enjoy it after full days at the beach.

Wonderful!

All descriptions were accurate and the location was perfect! Just steps from multiple beaches and restaurants and the perfect place to come back to for some family time. Communication was excellent and anything we needed was just a phone call away. Our entire family had an amazing stay!

Five or six adults fit very comfortably in this beautifully appointed home. 100 meters to the gorgeous beach. Two beach front restaurants on either side. Your own pool and pool area. Walking distance or a five minute drive to numerous outstanding restaurants and Bistro’s.

Great house !

We shared the house with another couple, it was perfect for the 4 of us. Quick walk to the water and also to the restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean, well appointed with nice spaces to relax. We loved having our own pool, both our bedrooms shared a large veranda with beautiful views. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was very well equipped. The amenities in the kitchen and throughout were outstanding and very comfortable. The only issue we had was with communication and check in. We waited almost 2 hours for someone to check us in. The phone number on account was not in existence! We thought we were scammed since we had texted earlier of our arrival time. This was a frightening experience. Finally, Lea came at 5:45 and check in was to be 3:00. Communication was poor but the place was awesome. When asked if we could get an extra hour at the end of our stay, Lea showed up at 11:20– 20 minutes more .

Dreamy French Villa

We loved everything about Villa MACASSI 4! Kitchen was well appointed. We cooked many meals and felt right at home. Two suggestions - we needed more trash bags, and the shower water could’ve been a little warmer. Location to Orient Bay was amazing as was having our own private pool! Thanks for a great week!

Great stay. Property was just as listed. Walking distance to everything. Only minus and it could have been our mistake was it needs to mention on the listing that it is on European power not North American so we could have brought the right adapters.

Steps to the beach

This property is well located by Coco Beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is nicely equipped with essentials. I was there with just my daughter, but if we had a "full house" of six, there were only four dining chairs. Fine for us, but perhaps not for a larger party. The beds are very firm and could use some new pillows but overall, this was a great place to call home for a week.

A Great Stay and A Great Location

Our party of 6 (3 couples) stayed here last week. It was clean and well kept with many amenities. Magali met us and checked us in explaining how to use the tv and wifi. The pool was a great dip pool after a long day at the beach. The beach is located right at the end of the street where we were located. There are many beach restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. The porch was a great place to play cards in the evening, and the AC in all the rooms was an awesome addition for sleeping. The cooler and folding chairs came in handy for a quick walk to the beach. Thank you Magali for an excellent vacation!

Location Great Accommodations

We were a family of five that stayed at the property - 2 adults & 3 children. The accommodations of the Orient Bay Macassi house were perfect for our first time being at Saint Martin. The location being so close to the beach and walkable to the small village of Orient Bay was amazing. The location was also easy for us to explore the island (we rented a car). The house was more equipped than other VRBO houses we have rented before - between the kitchen supplies, beach/pool toys & cooler, beach towels, and other supplies this made our stay even more enjoyable. Other amenities like each bedroom having their own shower & air conditioning also made the stay as everyone had their own space/control over their space. Easy communication with the host as well - available & quick to respond via the VRBO messages and/or text message. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

We'll be back!

My partner and I stayed here for a week with my sister, his sister and their husbands. The property was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was nicely equipped and stocked with basic essentials. There was a cold beverage waiting for us on check-in, Cathy gave us a tour of the property and showed us how to use the appliances. The pool area was extremely private, perfect place to have a swim and a drink before dinner. Located just steps from Orient Beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Village. We had an incredible vacation. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay!

We had the best time at Marcassi 4! It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 parents, 2 college daughters and 1 teen son). It is very close to Orient Bay Beach. You can see it from the balcony. We only stayed at Orient one day, and visited other beaches or did excursions the others. We adore French Saint Martin and will be back! The house is very well equipped and comfortable. Cathy was very prompt and greeted us as soon as we arrived from the airport. The only complaint is the WiFi, it was spotty, but I think that is expected on a Caribbean island. We hope to visit again soon! ❤️❤️

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa was perfect for our needs. Super close to the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was beach mats and chairs for us to borrow. There's a clothes washer, but no dryer but a drying rack set up right outside the front door. It's warm enough outside that hanging out clothes to dry was not an issue at all. The area outside the front door is covered so they still dried even if it rained. Plenty of towels so we didn't need to pack our own. Beds were firm but comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside and got eaten by mosquitoes and no seeums so bug spray is a must. Check in/out was easy. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!!!
