The Space:

This thoughtfully designed beach house stretches across THREE SEPERATE LIVING LEVELS, totalling 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, allowing for a sense of togetherness, without feeling on top of each other.



UPPER LEVEL:



The upper level of the home serves as the PRIVATE MASTER SUITE. This light-filled space comprises a KING SIZE BED, large ensuite with BATHTUB, AIR CONDITIONING and balcony with private entrance.



MIDDLE LEVEL:



The middle level serves as the heart of the home. Here you will find TWO QUEEN BEDROOMS, one with ENSUITE, and a third bedroom with a BUNK BED and air conditioning, as well as a shared MAIN BATHROOM.



The light and bright OPEN PLAN LIVING area consists of comfortable lounges, Smart TV, and ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, complete with doors that open onto the PATIO & BBQ AREA.



Adjacent, the LARGE KITCHEN is well equipped with WET BAR, QUALITY APPLIANCES and everything you need to get creative in the kitchen. This flows seamlessly onto the DINING & BREAKFAST AREA, which boasts 180 DEGREE DISTRICT VIEWS.



Directly off this space, the SUNNY DECK (with additional dining table) provides an ELEVATED VANTAGE POINT of the coastline, the ideal setting for morning coffee or an afternoon apéritif.



LOWER LEVEL:



The lower level of the home serves as the TEENAGE RETREAT.



Here you will find a BUNK ROOM with two sets of bunk beds, a LARGE RUMPUS ROOM with lounge and tv, opening up onto a LARGE ENCLOSED DECK with steps down to serene topical gardens.



Also on the lower level of the home is a LARGE BATHROOM and seperate LAUNDRY.



NOTES:



The three levels of the home are connected by an INTERNAL LIFT (there is NO INTERNAL STAIRCASE). External staircases also allow direct access to each level of the home.



All bedrooms feature quality linen, mattress protectors, pillows and towels.



There is a private lock up garage on the lower level of the home providing parking for two vehicles.



Reverse cycle air conditioning can be found in the master suite and first-floor bunk room, only. Doors and windows throughout the home capture cooling coastal breezes, and portable fans are available for all other bedrooms.
