JULIANS ON COBA is a stunning self contained getaway, commanding expansive water vistas from this north east aspect vantage point.
This 2 level destination is completely off grid, but with state of the art technology installed, you would not know this is an off grid property .

The upper level is fully self contained with 3 ensuite carpeted bedrooms & a super comfortable open plan living. Wall to wall sliding doors open to an undercover deep set deck and uninterrupted panoramic views ...picture perfect bliss !!!

The lower level of Julians is an external access self contained studio available at an additional fee for 6 guests or less; if 7 or 8 guests the studio is included in the listed rate ; the studio remains unoccupied if not booked by you

GARBAGE there is no garbage service in the area; the boat access communities such as Coba Point are ' carry supplies in / carry garbage out' ; guests staying at JULIANS ON COBA are also requested to take their garbage back to the mainland bins as the locals do.

We had the most wonderful relaxing few days at Julian’s with our three teenage sons. The house was perfectly appointed to allow us to spend time together but also give the teenagers their space. We had our own boat so we were fortunate to be able to explore the river and visit some of the cafes recommended. Thank you for having us, we’ll most definately be back!

Wonderful weekend stay on the river

It was the perfect weekend getaway from Sydney for my family (with young children + grandmother). The property is spacious, clean & well equipped; Jacqui hadn’t overlooked any detail in preparing us for the stay. We enjoyed the abundant wildlife and went kayaking on the river.

A perfect stay

The property is beautifully fitted out and conveniently located, about 20 minutes from the boat taxi pick up point. It came with lots of care and attention to detail that makes it feel very much like a home away from home. We kayaked, fished, played board games and read. Jacqui (our contact) was a great communicator and genuinely seems to love her job. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and beautiful home

This extremely well presented house had everything. We were two families and for all of us there was nothing we could have wanted. The house is beautifully presented, with perfectly organised kitchen and beautiful touches all around. The kids enjoyed the kayaks whilst the adults took time around the fire or soaked up the sun on the deck. Jacqui was amazing with ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Pictures don't do the property justice

Magnificent property with stunning views. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to go back. Lounge with fireplace and an enormous balcony were wonderful places to relax. Very comfortable beds, with Cultiver bed linen. Very well equipped kitchen. Canoes available at the house. A couple of points that weren't evident from the website. Boat hire needs to be from Berowra Waters as Brooklyn Boat Hire won't allow their boats to go that far. Also, there is a surcharge based on the number of people staying. Jacqui was great to communicate with and very helpful.

Location, Location, Location

This property is located in the most amazing location on the Hawksbury River. Even though it rained for most of our stay, the home was large enough for us to enjoy inside with the fire on and outside on the very large deck (could do with some drop down blinds to stop the rain coming in) The home is as the photos show. It is an amazing home and has lots of little luxuries. The beds were soooo comfy too. Definatley will be back .... hopefully with so sun

Perfect weekend away with friends

Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Equipped with everything you could want and more! Beautifully maintained and in such a perfect spot to watch the sunrise. Thank you to Jacqui for making our stay so easy and communication so easy.

Julians on Coba

We absolutely loved it !! We will definitely be back !! Such a beautiful relaxing spot on the river in such a beautiful home. The view was fantastic!! The Neighbours were great and so friendly & Property Manager Jacqui was fantastic with everything being so prompt and organised thank you again we can’t wait to come back :) Kind Regards, Bree Xx
