Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much! This was our first time staying at this resort and we were very impressed. The room was nice and clean. There was plenty of storage space for our clothes and toiletries. We loved the huge balcony and comfy cushioned rocking chairs that were out there. The view was incredible and the staff was very friendly. The daily chair and umbrella rental that came with the room was a great added amenity. We also enjoyed the free activity vouchers that came along with it. We will definitely be back!

Was a wonderful location! The host was very attentive without being overbearing. Lots of privacy even though you’re right in the “thick” of everything! Beautiful views! My ONLY complaint would be to upgrade the bed and better pillows. But we stayed here for 5 days and it has everything you would need for all the comforts of home! Walking distance to a lot of things and only a short drive to pier park! Would stay here again! Recommend 10/10Also try Andy’s Flour cafe on Thomas drive for breakfast! It’s wonderful!

The condo is very well laid out. Unfortunately, the cleaning for early check-in was substandard and the bedroom rug was sandy, sticking to your feet after a shower on arrival-we didn't bring it in on our shoes. The vacuum didn't work and the kitchen furnishings were scant and worn out. The upholstery was stained and soiled, nothing a good steam cleaning couldn't resolve. The flooring is cracked and pocked in many places. Know that the bathtub is very tall, about 20 inches, making it difficult for me (2 knees, 1 hip replaced) to step into. The toilet tank had a slow leak which made flushing a problem, requiring maintenance to come replace the valve. The gasket on refrigerator is worn out, making water drip off the corner of the freezer door. Overall, just sadly careworn and in need of some TLC. The view was great and we still had a good time. Loved the rockers on the balcony.

Beautiful direct beach view. The apartment looks like it does in pictures, but can’t show the wear of furniture. Sitting on couch could get uncomfortable as it felt, I could feel the springs. Loved the out door balcony rockers. It would be nice if an out door couch could be added for afternoon naps. Bathroom needs update and with older clients, a shower unit rather than trying to step over a tub. Bed is okay, but pillows need replaced. Also, leave extra pillow cases so pillows in closet could be used.Very clean and good communication and service by outside agencies. Location excellent.We left some coffee filters and hand soap for next client, but dish soap, filters, and hand soap would be nice to provide.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to good food, fun attractions and beach front but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and easy.We especially loved the cozy patio for morning coffee while enjoying the stunning view of the Emerald Coast.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway.

The stay was amazing‼ The condo was a little dated but extremely clean. I would rather have a place dated and very clean than a new place really dirty. This was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The housekeeper here is definitely a keeper! We will definitely stay here again. I also enjoyed the free chairs on the beach, that was a huge bonus! Fantastic location

We have stayed at Long Beach a few times now there is not a bad view in any room facing the beach the location of this unit is very convenient to eating and shopping the price we paid to stay here reflected the interior condition hope to return back to Long Beach in the near future

Short Getaway

We had a great time, Beautiful pools, Short walk distance to the beach from condo close to restaurants and Walmart and loved the hangout food and bar at the pool with the waterfall. We had a wonderful time on our vacation

Amazing Vacation

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and the view is amazing. The booking and checking in process was very smooth and easy. The condo is furnished with just about everything you would need for a week away from home. The location is close to all the places we enjoy going to while in while we are in Panama City Beach. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Nice Getaway for Two!

We enjoyed this condo. It was clean, cozy, and decorated tastefully with beautiful views from the balcony and plenty of space. Nice location on PCB too. The arm bands and beach chairs were appreciated. We intend to be repeat customers. Although we have no complaints, we recommend the owners purchase a Keurig and additional pillows and blankets for the unit.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property! Everything was clean, pools were awesome, the Hangout was delicious, beach view was incredible, very convenient check-in, and security was visible often which is a good thing at a large complex. Will be back!! Thank you!

Great communication and the property was as described but bare bones. Plan ahead if you will be washing dishes by have and prefer soft soap for washing hands in the bathroom and kitchen. You will also find limited towels so plan to wash regularly if you are staying for a week. The unit offers a beautiful view and comfortable bed. Couch could definitely use some padding.

This is a very nice place.. it certainly could use some updates but they keep it very clean. Four Shores is an excellent company to deal with as easy great communication... The view and sound of the ocean is spectacular. Would definitely recomend
