The Space



Welcome to Autumn Views, a relaxed Tamar Valley home where the river is always in sight and the pace of life slows down.



Perched above the Tamar River in the quiet riverside community of Lanena, the property enjoys peaceful outlooks across the water and surrounding countryside. In autumn the nearby oak trees and vineyards turn warm shades of gold and red, inspiring the name Autumn Views — a fitting description for the calm scenery that surrounds the home.



This is the kind of place where mornings begin with coffee on the deck and evenings end watching the river change colour as the sun sets.



The home comfortably sleeps families or small groups across three bedrooms:

• Main bedroom – Queen bed with beautiful Tamar River views and a private ensuite

• Bedroom two – Double bed

• Bedroom three – Single bed with a pull-out trundle for a flexible sleeping space



The master bedroom is a highlight of the home, offering peaceful water views to wake up to each morning.

There are two bathrooms available during your stay. The main bathroom enjoys a lovely outlook across the Tamar River, while the second bathroom is a private ensuite attached to the master bedroom. Fresh towels and essentials are provided.



The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for cooking during your stay. Whether you're preparing breakfast before a winery tour or a relaxed dinner with local produce, the space makes it easy to dine at home.

Getting Around



The property is approximately 20 minutes from Launceston CBD and around 25 minutes from Launceston Airport via the East Tamar Highway and city.

Public transport options are limited in this area, so having a car is strongly recommended to explore Tasmania’s national parks, wineries and coastal drives.

Rideshare services such as Uber are available in Launceston but may be less frequent in the Tamar Valley.



Guest Access



Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor deck during their stay.

Entry is via self check-in using a lockbox, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits your travel plans. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Parking is available directly on the property with space for multiple vehicles in the driveway.

The outdoor deck and surrounding areas are private to the home and provide uninterrupted river views, perfect for morning coffee, evening BBQs or simply enjoying the peaceful Tamar Valley setting.



House Rules



Peaceful enjoyment – Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No parties or events.

Smoke-free home – No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside only.

No pets – Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

Property care – Please treat the home with care and report any damage during your stay.

Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 3 pm. Check out by 10 am.

Parking – Driveway parking is available at the property.

BBQ use – Please clean the BBQ after use.

Family equipment – Portacot and high chair available for guest use.
