The Space:

Recently renovated and thoughtfully designed, the main living level is all about connection and entertaining. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is modern, light-filled and beautifully appointed, flowing seamlessly to outdoor areas on both sides of the home. One side enjoys endless blue ocean views with alfresco dining, BBQ and a spa - the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island.



All five bedrooms are generously sized and styled with lush bedding for a comfortable night's sleep. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level, while downstairs features two additional bedrooms alongside a second lounge with TV - ideal for larger groups wanting space to spread out.



The lower level also opens to another inviting outdoor entertaining zone, complete with dining and an outdoor fireplace - perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars.



With modern comforts including a heat pump, easy parking and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, this is the ultimate Waiheke holiday home for memorable island stays.

Other Things to Note:

There is currently some construction taking place at a neighbouring property. While this is outside of our control, guests may experience some construction noise during daytime working hours.

We always try to accomodate early check ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring these or we can hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
