With it's own entry, car space and EV charger, the studio is well situated across the road from the inlet and a short stroll to town.

The studio has been stylishly furnished to create calm. Soaring ceilings and coastal tones give the feeling of space, and a private north facing courtyard provides a garden retreat.

The Studio, Inverloch is an open plan single level space at the rear of our property on The Esplanade which is across the road from the inlet beach. It is accessed via a lane beside our house, thus providing a private entrance.

To one end of the studio is a King size bed with plush linen provided. Bed side tables and reading lamps are present. You can tilt the TV to watch from the bed. There is a wardrobe with hanging space and soft cozy robes for your use.

The living area is defined by a lovely rug that is soft underfoot, a two seater leather lounge and coffee table.
Gas fireplace within a stone chimney provides warmth for a great winter weekend getaway.

To the other end of the studio is a kitchenette.
Starter teas, sugar and hot chocolates are provided along with coffee pods for the nespresso coffee machine. Small milk starter pack in the mini fridge.
There is a microwave, air fryer and toasted sandwich press. The kitchenette does not contain an oven or cooktop. There is an outdoor BBQ.
All crockery and utensils provided.

The bathroom is accessed from the bed end of the studio. It is a stunning light filled space with modern amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer provided. Plush towels, face washers and bath mat supplied.

The outdoor space has a deck area with bar table and stools, and a hanging garden seat. The space also contains our vegetable garden which you are welcome to access. It is a private area where you will not share the space. There is also an outdoor shower and clothes line.

The studio has central heating and cooling and also the gas fireplace for heating and or ambience.
All linen and towels are supplied.
