Beautiful

This property was amazing. We’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals in our time, and this was by far the best. It’s even better than the pictures. It was well decorated, and well stocked. We loved how close it was to walk around downtown.

10/10 amazing stay!!

As a travel nurse, I stayed at this beautiful home for a long term and I can’t say enough amazing things about this property. It was very clean, impeccably decorated, had top notch amenities, luxury beds and it was in the perfect area! Shari accommodated every single need of my partner and I. She made us feel comfortable during our stay and was close by if we needed anything. It was truly a home away from home. If I am in San Jose again I will definitely be staying here.

Excellent stay at SanJose townhome

This VRBO was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in an excellent location near to many restaurants, bars, and freeway access. Hosts are very communicative without being intrusive. This 3-story townhome is in great shape and kept very tidy. If you are looking for a place to stay in San Jose, and this VRBO is available, there is no need to look any further, just book it!

Downtown San Jose Gem!

Pics on listing caught our eye, property is even nicer in person. Property was more than we expected. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Although we did not cook, kitchen was awesome! Host was awesome, warm welcome note and gift! Great location, we walked to San Pedro Square almost every night! Thank you for an awesome stay in San Jose!

Perfect stay with the kindest hosts

Shari and Vince's property is even nicer than what the photos depict. The master bedroom is on the top floor, the living/kitchen/dining on the middle floor, and the second bedroom on the ground floor making it perfect for business travel with a colleague and quiet. The beds are very comfortable too. The kitchen is superbly equipped and everything works well. More than enough space to live very comfortably. Thank you Shari and Vince!

Business Trip Stay

Shari and Vince are amazing hosts. I needed a place to stay on a business trip and their property was in the ideal location. You will love staying in this location as it is close to everything- food, entertainment, shopping, etc. The property- well you will never want to leave! Shari and Vince keep the space looking immaculate. It has everything you could ever need, and it creates a relaxing environment especially when you are working long hours. I hope to stay again in the future. If you book your stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Exactly What I Expected!

I was worried this place would be too good to be true. But it met all of our expectations. The pictures accurately depict the apartment. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was lovely. All 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were nice and clean. The location is great! It felt very safe and was close to San Pedro Square. Shari was a wonderful host and even included champagne in the fridge for our stay. (I mentioned to her we were celebrating my 30th birthday) I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a great place to stay in San Jose, you’ve found it!

Taylor Swift in San Jose California

The photos online were 100% accurate, very light, open, well furnished townhouse. Easy to get transportation, shopping about 5 min away, and go to the San Pedro Market! Beds were very comfy, large showers, main bedroom has nice closet. Just FYI, no door separation from bath to bedroom. Tvs in 2 of the three rooms. Kitchen was stocked, gas range is awesome! We had one issue with the cable box, once i contacted owners they were over and went to get a new box, set it up and were out. We would stay again for sure.

Wonderful VRBO Experience

Our stay at this townhome was our best VRBO experience yet. The place was very clean and beautifully appointed, the kitchen was very well stocked to cook some meals. The owners were super responsive and helpful and the most gracious hosts. This place is a gem and the location near San Pedro Market is fantastic as is the easy access to either the 101 or 280. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful, Modern Townhouse right downtown

We loved every part of our stay at this property in downtown San Jose. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back in the future. I was nervous at first with there being no reviews for this property, and it seemed a little too good to be true. But after staying there I feel that the pictures don’t do it justice! We were visiting my brother in law for thanksgiving, so it was nice that there was enough space for all 6 of us to stay comfortably and plenty of space in the kitchen and dining area to host a thanksgiving dinner. Walking distance to San Pedro square where there are lots of bars and restaurants! The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was incredible. One thing I wasn’t expecting based on the pictures is that one bedroom with the queen bed is on the first level by the garage and front door, while the office and the master are on the third floor, which was nice to have a floor of separation for more privacy. Shari also made sure that twin blow up mattress was available for potential guests staying with us. She was very friendly and communicative. She also left a gift basket with snack foods, wine, chocolate and a card. Highly recommend staying here!

90 day rental

This was an excellent property and an even better host. Owners assisted with any questions we had quickly. They provided bu-weekly cleaning with our stay (very generous). The unit was very well kept and nice stocked with everything a family would need for any stay. Location for us was perfect as there is so much to do within walking distance and much more within a short drive. We felt safe and secure at all times during our stay. With two young kids that was very important to us in choosing a rental. 5x Stars all the way.

Too good to be true

This place is not your typical rental house. The furniture and decoration are amazing. It’s modern with beautiful taste . The furniture pieces are tasteful and comfortable. The house is equipped with all the needed appliances and even more. It’s very new and very clean. The location is a walking distance to park and playground for kids as well as the children’s museum and the tech museum. It is also a walking distance to all downtown restaurants and sights. The communication with the owner is amazing and really pleasant. This is the place to be in San Jose.
