From the plush furniture, comfy beds and art deco to the completely upgraded modern amenities you will feel right at home at this beautiful home with landscaped garden and LARGE in-ground pool. 5 SMART TVs with TVs in every bedroom. The home can comfortably sleep 8 adults. 4 Queen beds plus a 1 Queen Sleeper pull out couch. The home is centrally located in the heart of Silicon Valley and just minutes from downtown San Jose. Family and business friendly. Fully equipped kitchen. Fast WiFi, Central Heating and AC.

Leak on floor from refrigerator when we first arrived. Host questioned validity of leak. Ice maker not working and leak may have come from this. We cleaned up water, bought ice, and it did not leak again. Keurig not working. Host responded that there was also a regular coffee maker. After buying drip coffee to use, she had worker drop off another keurig which was splattered with coffee and had used pod in it. Entry way had electrical plug with exposed wires and we had a toddler with us, which was concerning. Location was great and within walking distance of relative’s house, grocery store and restaurant.

Relaxing stay

We were in town for a wedding and the property was a perfect getaway. The pool was a great oasis for relaxing and spending time together, the beds were very comfortable and smelled so fresh, and the location is close to everything.

The location was lovely and good for the price. I also loved the street parking which was easy. There was confusion as to our additional headcount which was flagged early but unconfirmed and not followed up on, and the location was advertised as being able to host up to 10 people but when we arrived it did not have enough towels or bedding to accommodate our additional headcount. This sounds like it was miscommunication, however when attempting to contact the host to get the items we needed (around 9:30pm) I was unable to get a hold of them until the next morning (I left multiple phone calls and texts). We were able to make it work but I didn't realize I the home needed those additional supplies, and I would assume they would be there and we would just have to pay for the additional headcount. Instead we had to pay a fee for the additional cleaner visit for supplies. A disappointing mixup to say the least but the rest of the home was great!

Host was fine. No trouble accessing the house, nice neighborhood. Quiet, comfortable, spacious house, plenty of on street parking. I would certainly rate the house as a 9 but not a 10, Everything functioned well enough, electrical, plumbing, etc. It is simply an older home that could use some TLC. Window blinds need help, very dated kitchen cabinets but functional. Beds were comfortable though one was very noisy (not because of the people in it). All and all a good stay. We would certainly use this VRBO property again.
