• This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
• No parties permitted. This home is designed for quiet enjoyment and respectful use only
• Minimum age for the primary renter is 25, and the primary renter must be present for the entire stay
• No smoking allowed
• Guests can tie boat to dock
• Pool & Waterslide Use: No lifeguard is on duty. Guests assume responsibility for the safe use of the pool and waterslide and for supervising children and non-swimmers.
