La maison Palm Tree II Pool avec TROIS ROIS LITS (* bain Ă  remous, piscine chauffĂ©e gratuite) claire et aĂ©rĂ©e avec une sensation de plage floridienne. RĂ©novĂ© en 2019. Chaque chambre a une tĂ©lĂ©vision. C'est le prochain niveau de l'arbre Plam classĂ© n ° 1 par VRBO Ă  Apollo Beach. Nous voulions amĂ©liorer notre jeu avec une maison pouvant gĂ©rer plusieurs gĂ©nĂ©rations ou plusieurs familles. Le maĂźtre et le salon ont 55 "tĂ©lĂ©viseurs. We were impressed how this property had everything we needed. We had high chairs, pack 'n plays, pool toys and vests,lots of beach towels, chairs for the beach and in the kitchen, we had everything we needed to make all the meals for the family. The place was wonderful.

There were 12 of us who stayed at the property! Grandparents and two adult couples with their three children each
 Six grandkids foreign under. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the layout. The grandparents could be on one of the house and the families with young kids could be on the other side of the house. The kitchen area was massive, as was the island. The house was stocked extremely well. There were so many spices we didn’t need to shop for any. There was also plenty of toilet tissue, Keurig pods and paper towels. There were lots of beach towels as well as bath towels, with on-site laundry. The kids loved the pool. We spent a lot of time in there. There’s a park at the end of the street less than a mile away with some fun filled play equipment as well as a splash pad. They only die on side of the house is that it’s at least 2 to 3 miles from a grocery store or restaurants. Otherwise, this house was fantastic. The sofa was also massive. Almost all of us could fit on at the same time. They have two pack and plays and two high chairs that they had set up for us when we arrived. We felt very welcomed.

I've stayed at many Vbro homes & for the first time this home had all we needed. Plenty of room for 8 x adults & 4 x kids. Pool was great. Kitchen big enough for us all & Plenty of plates, silverware, cooking pot & pans & utensils. Publix was a few miles aways & we found a Walmart about 10 miles from tue house. The kids liked going down on the dock & look at the fish.Highly recommend this hone especially if you have a large group staying in tue home.

Outdoor Fun for Family

Our family had a wonderful week. This house had everything we needed and more. The property is beautiful. We swam, kayaked, rode bikes, enjoyed the swing on the pier, and had fun on the putting green. The property is best for people looking for peace and quiet. If we return to Apollo Beach, we would return to this lovely house.

It was a wonderful property for our large extended family to be together to celebrate our High School Graduate and witness a six year learning to swim and have an eight year old boy an opportunity to catch his first fish! Our family week

This is a wonderful house. It fit our needs. We came to celebrate our grandsons graduation. We had were close to where he lives. We also had a few family members stay with us. We had plenty of room. The pool was awesome, as it was near ninety every day. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, Michael on top of it and it was resolved. We will be back. Thanks!

Home away from home staycation

We wanted to travel, but wanted a staycation feel. Palm Tree II was a 100% match. Everything that was needed for our stay was within the home. We kept our in home menu's simple, but all of the cooking gadgets were there for more complex meals. We traveled with our adult children and new grandson. Everything we needed for him was available to us by communication with the owners. We loved that there were beachy, open air restraunt choices within a 10 minute drive. Serious foodie choices require a 20 to 50 minute drive. We limited our ventures to 10 to 15 minutes due to the new baby on this trip. The photos of this home are accurate and it includes many entertainment options. Best of all was that it was very clean. A huge thank you to the owners for offering this gem.

Wonderful

My family and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were all very comfortable. The home is beautiful and filled with everything you need. We had a toddler and the security screen for the pool helped calm my nerves. We have already booked our return visit. My husband fished for snook at night in one of the many kayaks. Great Stay

This vacation home is equipped with everything you could possibly need from beach equipment to spices for cooking. The pool area is comfortable and relaxing. The family room TV is huge and the seating accommodates all family members. It is a newly renovated kitchen area and the showers are definitely modern. Great place!

Excellent Stay for Family or Friends!

From the beginning, we had high hopes based on previous reviews and they were all met or exceeded! Michael was a fantastic host, offering us both early check-in (unprompted) and late check-out (as no one was checking in that day. On the first night, we called about a small issue. He quickly addressed it and also stayed on the phone for a good 20 minutes giving us dining and entertainment suggestions for the week, many of which we did and enjoyed. During the stay, we did have a couple more small issues, but they were all very promptly addressed. The pool and the hot tub were beautiful, the main entertainment area and kitchen were perfect for gathering. We will very likely stay at one of his properties again!

Beautiful home!

The pictures of this home don't do it justice. Completely remodeled and perfect for our family get away. Love the open floor plan that allowed us to all be together while fixing meals, eating and watching television. The grandkids loved the heated pool and the adults the hot tub. Morning coffee on the dock where we saw dolphins and manatees in the canal. Plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds. We all slept great! Can't say enough good things about Michael who was helpful. With two hurricanes we were concerned but Michael was quick to respond to our questions and reassure us. Check in and out was a breeze and he gave us some suggestions for dining. The Apollo Beach Diner is very close and has fabulous breakfasts and Stein and Vine in Riverview for dinner was great! We would love to come back!!!

Classy House, Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palm Tree Two property. My family was really impressed with the house and all its amenities. The kitchen was renovated days before our arrival and the host did a wonderful job in the process. It really makes the entire house shine. The kitchen was STOCKED! There was nothing we were missing. There were seemingly dozens of silverware, plates, pots, etc. It's just the right amount of items for a five bedroom house. The entire property was clean and tidy. The access to the water canal was ideal for adventurous teenagers who wanted to kayak. We loved our stay.

The proposal

My family and I were just looking to have a relaxing get away from the daily grind. That's exactly what this property offers. Palm Springs 2 has wonderful interior spaces. A great heated pool and hot tub, along with a beautiful dock on the canal. Oh yeah, the big question, my son had every intention of asking his soon to be fiancĂ©e for her hand in marriage on the beach. After seeing the view from your dock, plans changed. Not sure if this is the first proposal on your property, but it was PERFECT!!! We definitely will be staying here again. This property will always hold a special place in our ❀'s!

Fantastic - great for our multi family trip!

House was great! Ample bedrooms and comfy beds. Two bunk rooms for kids and three king rooms for adults, with a bathroom in each bedroom area. Pool was great, the kids swam non stop. We Took some day trips to the beaches, but really enjoyed our afternoons and some days at the house and pool. We used the bikes, kayaks and enjoyed mornings on the canal. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and accessories and everything we needed and the grill was great. Had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler so made the beach trips perfect! And even did some fishing!

Month Long Stay

My wife & I traveled with our disabled son & stayed at the house for a month! Mike & Ava were instrumental in making the house accessible for my son who is in a wheelchair. They moved furniture and rearranged areas in the house to make it easier to move around. They were unbelievable in accommodating our needs and being a phone call away made all the difference. Communications with Mike & Ava were easy with all our questions being answered immediately. I want to take this time to thank Mike & Ava for making this trip most enjoyable & easy as the house was very spacious, comfortable & fully equipped. The backyard was outstanding with the pool, jacuzzi & the dock with the high-top tables.

Unforgettable vacation

The week was amazing. The whole family loved the house. The pool was amazing. The communication with the owner was unbelievable. I couldn’t ask for any better because everything was right and fell into place perfectly. The owners were exceptional. You can tell they take pride in their house. We are located between major parks about 1 1/2 hour away and white sand beaches 45 min away. We do have a small local beach within two miles. We are 40 min to Tampa Airport and 40 min to Raymond James stadium. We are only 25 min to downtown Tampa.
