Vacation and/or work at this beautifully maintained historic home conveniently located on Route 30 with serene back patio, HEATED POOL, play area/swing set, 10 wooded acres to explore and hike, ample parking, grill and glassed in porch for enjoying the sights and sounds.

The property is just minutes from peaceful downtown Everett and the amazing amenities of Bedford and the Bedford Springs. Enjoy the Springs and downtown Bedford with reasonably priced accommodations!

HEATED POOL! Enjoy our courtyard and the beautiful, heated, Aruba style fiberglass pool with tanning ledge. Pool depth is approximately 3.5-5 feet deep. Pool size is 11’x22’.

Beautiful historical home. Uniquely decorated but beautiful none the less. Directions on finding the home were a little hard. Kids loved the pool and we loved the space.

Great location, nice setting, our side living space excellent, comfortable/relaxing inside space.

Great place for 8 adults to get together for a siblings mid winter get together. (perfect for four couples) Warm, cozy and comfortable. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean

This rustic home was perfect for 4 couples. Comfortable beds, very clean, and a large kitchen with lots of plates, glasses, etc. the home is located on a busy highway but was not terribly noisy.

Nice older stone house.

Older house, still has a lot of the original style and decor for the time that the house was probably built . Gas fireplace inserts were great!

Family Trip

The house is clean, great location. All the rooms are huge. The fireplace is beautiful, home has alot of character. Beds are very comfortable. The property manager answered all questions in a timely manner and was very helpful.

Beautiful Home

Weocked our keys out. Peggy immediately came over to let us in. She is so responsive and all of our needs are met. We have had such a good experience staying here. We travel up from Florida to visit with family at least once a year. We always choose this place.

Came home for a family tragedy and this home was perfect location for us. Older home but charming. Nice to have one bedroom and bath downstairs. Fyi... breakfast is oatmeal pkgs, cereal bars, etc which was great but not noted in description.

We really enjoyed this property for our girls trip to the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival! Property was relatively clean, tidy and welcoming. The rooms were great! We spent more time at the house than the festival! We enjoyed a lovely fire, ate breakfast and dinner there, and made some great memories! Beds were extremely comfortable, linens fresh and clean. We loved the heaters that could be turned on in the bathrooms during a shower! Felt so nice in the crisp October mornings / evenings.Only criticisms I have are that the shower in the main suite did not work properly (couldn’t get the water to turn on), so we all shared the shower off the main hallway with no issues. The other was that some hair from previous guests trapped in the bathroom towels. I brought my own towel so it didn’t impact me, but my sister commented on there being someone else’s hair in the towel.

Thank you for your stay and the constructive feedback! I'm sorry you had an issue with the suite shower- it does work but the handle for turning it on is quirky. I also regret that you saw hair in a towel- we will be certain to inspect more carefully.

Perfect house to accommodate family.

Older home; a bit dated but perfect for what we needed. We all were from different locations to attend a family reunion; so was nice to gather, eat, drink and enjoy each other’s company under one roof.

Traveling is one of my favorite past-times and I have captured everything I love about travel in this beautiful historic home, including beautiful spaces and a heated pool. It is conveniently located and the back patio with pool offers a peaceful space for rest and relaxation- the best of both worlds in this rural, historic space.

The Weaverling House has a historic and eccentric feel with modern amenities and my favorite parts are the heated pool when the weather is mild and beautiful gas fireplaces to cozy up in the cold!
