The first floor of P1804 includes one bedroom with a King bed with private bath with a shower/tub combo. The rest of this floor is all common area and includes the kitchen that has all stainless steel Viking appliances. There are 2 bars/sitting area thaat can seat up to 7 people. There are 2 seperate dining areas off of the kitchen - one seats 6 and the other seats 8! Also located on this floor are 2 living room areas that are perfect for gathering while both offering breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. For those that prefer to sit and loung outsid, the main level has a Gulf facing balcony and also a massive West facing balcony.

The second level of the condo has a bonus extra living room area with bunk beds and then the other 2 bedrooms. The Guest bedroom on this floor has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV, a private balcony that faces North, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the South side of this floor is the Master Suite. There is a King bed, a flat screen TV, and private balcony access that overlooks the Gulf. The Master bathroom has a double vanity, a sit down jet tub, a walk in shower, and seperate toilet area.
