Located at Escapes to the Shores unit 1103, our condo has been updated with new living room furniture, new wood look tile flooring in bedrooms, new appliances, mattresses, smart tvs, washer/dryer, board/batten beach theme decorating. It is a like new condo and much larger than your average 1100-1200 2br/2ba condo. Trey ceilings, crown molding, rare air conditioned hallways between elevators and front doors. Covered garage parking for up to 2 cars($50/car per stay) and great amenities add to this great condo. A 1 br/1ba efficiency can be added to this to make it a 3br/3ba.

Beach Supplies:
Included in the rental is a complimentary set of lounger chairs (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). These are set aside for guest of 1103. Just ask the attendant your unit number and he will designate one for your use at no cost. This free service is available from Mid March-Mid October.
Beach Wagon for hauling all of your beach toys and supplies
Beach towels provided in the rental. These red and white striped beach towels are yours to use free with unit rental.

Great stay direct on the beach. Lots of room and very well equipped condo. Great resort amenities and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella service was a big plus. Looking forward to staying again.

My host,Jami, was outstanding. Responded quickly key to any and all questions I had. He even helped me out when I arrived a day early to the condo.His condo was comfortable and clean making me feel right at home. The condo is spacious. The kitchen has new appliances and lots of counter soace to utilize. It’s equipped with everything to make your own meals if you choose. A large dining table with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy meals at. The living room is large with a big tv to sit and watch with lots of seating for you and friends.The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. And the bathrooms are large too. The jetted tubs are excellent for soothing sore muscles after a long walk on the beautiful Sandy beach or from a workout in the gym on the ground floor. The tiled showers are large as well . The view from the balcony of the gulf water is stunning. You can watch the dolphins as they leisurely swim by the condo. The shades of clear water and hues of green and blue stretches for miles. The gulf waves coming to shore are a soothing sound to listen to all day long. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from the balcony or on the beach.Loved our stay and would have stayed longer if the condo was available. We are looking forward to coming and staying there again soon.

The room was in excellent condition! Everything worked perfectly, there were things there we didn’t even know we needed. The host has thought of everything and it was available for us to use! Cleanliness was top notch. Beds were comfy and linens were nice!

My family and I had a great stay at Escapes. The condo was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. The host Jami was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. We loved that there were beach towels and chairs for our use. It was really convenient and appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We enjoyed the experience. The condo was perfect for our purpose. The property was inviting and the staff helpful. One of us is in a motorized wheel chair and the property was easy to get around.

The overall property was clean and well maintained. Our unit was very nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Truly the Perfect Getaway!!

We had the best time at the Escapes on Orange Beach! The condo was lovely, the location was amazing, the beach was filled with soft white sand, and the water was crystal clear blue! My favorite part was sitting in front of the fire place by the beach!! I felt like I was so far away from all my real life worries as I sat by the fire drinking my coffee and watching the sun come up! My family of was also comfortable in the beautiful condo! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and beach everyday! We were also less than 5 minutes from yummy restaurants and the grocery store! I give this amazing place 5 out of 5 stars! I can’t wait to go back!

Great quick trip to Orange Beach

We were only able to stay for 3 nights. This condo was fantastic! Plenty of room for 7 of us. Check-in was a breeze and the stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend leasing this condo for a trouble-free vacation!

Great spacious condo

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, very well stocked and in a great location. The owner/property manager was always very responsive and helpful. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.

Best Rental You will find

We have been coming to Orange Beach since 2004 and have never rented anything this nice. Spacious, spectacular view, with easy access to the beach and pool. Cannot say enough good things about the condo and the communication with the owner. The pictures show a nice condo, but you will be blown away when you arrive!

Perfect get away!

One of the best places we’ve stayed in. Very clean and accommodating, had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The beach towels, wagon and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were an extra bonus. Great communication with owner, everything was so easy. Would highly recommend!!

Hands down the best condo and experience we’ve had at the beach! Adults and kiddos all had a wonderful time and the owner had everything we could have wanted already there plus more!! Can’t say enough good things and so glad we decided to stay there!
