B & B ON YORKES is a lovely 2 storey holiday home on the Esplanade between Edithburgh and Sultana Point, accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests, with plenty of room for parking and the boat! Double driveway at front of property with access to another driveway at the rear of the property. An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula Holiday!

Upstairs:

Sliding doors that lead out on to the balcony with beautiful sea views overlooking Edithburgh to Sultana Point. 2 Egg chairs, tall bar table and stools.

2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with fan/light, walk-in robe, ensuite with vanity and shower, sliding door leading out to balcony. Separate w/c.

Downstairs:
Kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, sandwich press, slow cooker, air fryer, kids plates, bowls and cups, island bench with bar stools, small coffee bar with Lavazza coffee pod machine, small selection of pods, syrup.
Dining area with live edge table, chairs and bench seat, wine barrel with 4 barstools, large smart TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Sliding door leading out to front undercover seating area, small lawned area.

2 bedrooms both with fan/lights.

Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, heat pump dryer, laundry trough, iron/ironing board.

Small rear yard with undercover area with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, pull-out clothesline, fish cleaning facility, small lawned area.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
