Perfect location. Drop dead views. Perfect layout. Excellent appliances. Shawn, the owner, was very responsive to any issues we raised. Only problem was shower in master bedroom didn’t work but Shawn had it replaced while we were there.

Great views; comfort and quietude

The location is prime; the front faces the ocean with an unobstructed view, and the side window has a view of the San Diego skyline. The beds were comfortable, and at least during our time there, the place was completely quiet - so exactly what we were looking for. Common areas (e.g., the hallway) appear to have been redone recently, and are definitely nicer than another building we stayed in at the Shores. Appliances are high end, but a little complicated to use. Overall we were very happy with our choice to stay there.

Wonderful month in August. Great spacious unit. Lots of various seating options in great room to take advantage of great views which are visible from opening the door. Good communication with manager. Good mattresses in both rooms plenty of towels. Wind chime kitchen chandelier.

Only the weather disappointed

Although the February weather left something to be desired, the condo was a lovely place to enjoy the stormy views. We seldom left the island or used our car. We were delighted that we could share the space with family and friends.

Great Location; Great Condo; Great Host

My wife and I rented this condo for all of September 2022 and loved it. It’s very clean and comfortable with a recently updated beach style and vibe. Furniture (including the beds) were very comfortable. The glass sliding doors that opened up to an amazing ocean view were fantastic. And the powered sun shades for the late afternoon sun were very handy. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Shawn, the property owner/manager, was very friendly and helpful and always very responsive. We had a few appliance and A/C hiccups during the stay, but he was always right on top of things. We will definitely be interested in renting this place again.

The View!

This was our second time staying at this Coronado Dream Oceanfront condo and it was every bit as spectacular. Each time we walked in the front door, we still caught our breath at the wrap around views!. It is in a wonderful location, right next to the Hotel Del Coronado and is walking or biking distance to pretty much every place on the island. It's like a step back in time to a small beach town. This condo is the very best place to stay, relax and enjoy all Coronado has to offer, while residing in style and comfort, even better in person.

My wife and her family vacationed and grew up in Coronado and we wanted our three little boys to have the same amazing beach vacation experiences as we did growing up. The home has been completely remodeled and everything is brand new! From the floors to ceiling everything has been completely re-done.

This property is located in the prestigious El Encanto building of the Coronado Shores. You can walk a block down the street to the world famous Hotel Del and or grab a drink or dinner at some of the best restaurants and bars that Coronado and San Diego have to offer. All within walking distance or a short uber/taxi ride across the bridge to the Gaslamp area of downtown San Diego.
