Coronado Respite

Great location, walkable to Del Coronado Hotel, beach,and Coronado City. Comfortable condo with beautiful views of Glorietta Bay and San Diego. Nice quiet building with friendly front desk. Well equipped and great place to chill out and enjoy California.

Coronado Condo

Spacious condo in nice gated building with great views of marina and San Diego. Location excellent to walk to beach, Del Coronado and downtown Coronado. Great place to relax and unwind.

Wonderful place to stay on Coronado

Coronado Escape

Spacious condo with beautiful views of marina and San Diego skyline. Immaculate building, pools, exercise room, parking and security with front desk attendant. Short walk to Del Coronado, downtown Coronado and beautiful beach. Great location.

Our stay at this bayside condo at the Shores on Coronado Island was nothing short of spectacular. The views alone are worth the trip—gorgeous sights of the San Diego skyline, the Coronado Bridge, and the sparkling bay right from the windows. It felt like waking up in a postcard every morning!The location is ideal - close to everything. We were just steps to the beach, next door to the famous Del with great dining spots, and local attractions within a few minutes walk. Whether we were walking along the waterfront or exploring the island, everything was easily accessible.Mike Hale, our host, was fantastic. He was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Check-in was organized and simple, which made settling in a breeze.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic, and well-managed getaway on Coronado Island, this is the place. We’re already planning our next visit!

Best Location in Coronado !

We enjoyed the most commanding views which took in The Del Hotel sweeping over to Glorietta Bay, the golf course, onto The Strand, & down to the Seal Training base. Our stay was February to early March 2024. Communication with our host Mike, was exceptional from our initial booking and throughout our stay. This two-bedroom unit is set up perfectly with the master bedroom separated from the second bedroom by the living room and kitchen with its own hall doorway closure making the second bedroom and bath extra private. The dining/living area has an extra bump-out that adds so much to the view and experience of vacationing in the original Tent City location. The underground parking space is double deep, easy to park & our building (La Playa) right by the Coronado Shores entry/access, has you onto The Strand or Orange Avenue in a minute. We are very much looking forward to returning next year:)

Light-filled Condo with Great Location

We can’t say enough about the floor to ceiling windows with the bay and marina views. The location was ideal. It was an easy walk to town and over to the Del Coronado for morning coffee.

Great location, very responsive owner

Mike went above and beyond to address the very few minor issues (minor plumbing, appliance replacements) we had with the unit. You can't beat the amenities and location. We would love to rent this unit again.

Lovely Month in Charming Condo

We just spent a lovely time in the Shores condo overlooking the Glorietta Bay with all of its lights and boats, sailing classes, and endless dynamic activities. The condo is full of light assisted with floor to ceiling windows and mirrors. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Due to the pandemic some of the amenities are closed but it did not detract from a restful easy month. I recommend this condo to other travelers.

Wonderful while it lasted

This is a wonderful condo! Although a few issues with VRBO customer service the time we spent there was all that we had hoped. Because of the Virus I did not get to complete my month and left two weeks early. So sorry about that.
