Beach‑Block Family Home in the Heart of Sea Isle City – Steps to Everything!
Our home is in the heart of what we consider a very family section Sea Isle City, New Jersey. We are beach block with a short walk to enter the beautiful beaches of Sea Isle, you see the beach entrance from our home! We are also conveniently located within walking distance of pretty much all you need; grocery, dining, CVS, shopping all across the street and the largest sea isle park a short walk away! Our three-level home offers four bedrooms and two full baths as well as an outdoor shower. The first floor includes two bedrooms; one queen and one full and twin, a full bath and laundry. The second floor includes an open living space, dining and kitchen and access to a generous sized deck to oversee 63rd street from ocean to bay. The third floor includes two bedrooms, king and three twins with a bunk and single and a second full bath with shower. This arrangement makes it great for two families. The property wraps up with a large area for off-street parking, outdoor shower and beach supplies. It located closely to Sea Isle Promenade and all you need to make your vacation enjoyable. Bring your bikes or rent you will likely not move your car! We hope you enjoy your stay!
PLEASE NOTE: During peak season; Memorial Day through Labor Day, we rent Saturday to Saturday. Off season rentals have flexibility in rental length, please inquire.
Families only, renters must be over 25 to rent.

While parks, recreation courts, restaurants, night life, the promenade and more are within short walking distance without being so close as to impede on your relaxing experience and summer vacation.

Beach week
Great property close to everything - Acme, CVS, dining, and short walk to the beach. Melissa was great to deal with and even switched her own family’s beach week to give us the week we wanted.

Wonderful Beach Vaca
We couldn’t have had a better stay at Melissa’s beach house! The location is perfect, the house is spacious and she has so many accommodations! We had an issue getting into the house one night (our own fault) and she was SO quick to respond and help us rectify it! We will absolutely be staying here again!

Great place and convenient to shops and restaurants
Great location and easy to find. Check in was easy and Melissa is very responsive whenever you have a question. Beach access at the end of the road was fantastic. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand stuff was all in the outdoor closet next to the outdoor shower and 5 beach passes were also included. We had a wonderful vacation and the house was exactly as described.

Family Weekend
I took my parents, sister and her kids here for an extended weekend to celebrate my moms birthday. The room setup was perfect for our group! Having the kitchen and living room on the level between the bedrooms was very convenient. We were close to the beach which was very clean and had great weather in October. We were also very impressed with only being a few short blocks from an amazing playground and clay tennis courts that my family utilized every morning. Overall it was an amazing stay and my family was very pleased with the weekend.

Great location
Sea Isle in September is stupendous! This house is just a few houses from the beach, a block or so to the bayside park with tennis courts and a playground, a few minutes walk to anything you need in life (market, CVS, live music, bike rental…).
It’s a great set up for two small families.
We stayed with our 20-something kids so we met on the middle floor for family fun and food yet had privacy when needed.
The only complaint is that we had to put the previous guests trash (4 very full cans and 4 large bags) out for pick up upon arrival -not a big deal but it was swarming with flies and oozing yuck. It was the first thing we saw so it kind of set the tone at first.
It’s a very relaxing environment there. I would go back 👍

Being beach block, you can take a quick, easy walk right to the sand—no stress, no long haul with beach gear, just straight to the ocean.
