The cottage is perfectly positioned for coastal lovers, sitting just minutes from the iconic sand and sea of Aldinga and Port Willunga Beaches. You can even enjoy the convenience of drive-on beach access at nearby Silver Sands. Inside, the spacious and welcoming lounge features soft sofas, a TV for movie nights, and natural light streaming through the windows. To keep you comfortable throughout the seasons, the home is equipped with split system reverse-cycle air conditioning plus a wood-burning heater for those snug winter nights.

You'll find everything needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and a DeLonghi Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. The private backyard is a highlight, offering a grassed area and a covered outdoor entertainment space complete with a BBQ, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. For your convenience, the property provides free WiFi and on-site parking for up to three cars. The home also includes a washing machine and essential laundry.

Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 7, Max 6 Adults):
Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: Double/Single Bunk Bed* (Sleeps 3, *top bunk is not suitable for an adult)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. They will have plenty of room to play with grassed areas provided in both the front and back yards.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
