We enjoyed our stay at Hotel 1. The condo was great with all the amenities that we needed as a family with small children. The views especially from the bedroom were magnificent.

Lovely stay in a lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The residence building and 1 Hotel were also beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly. We recommend this apartment for a couple or small family. We will definitely return in the future.

Spring Getaway

We stay at 1 Hotel a few times a year and this is first VRBO experience there. We really enjoyed having all of the amenities of 1 Hotel available to us with our own kitchen appliances in the room. Very clean the property owner was very kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be returning.

The unit is awesome, we stay there 4 nights, part of an amazing hotel! The condo is pretty well equiped, we bought some stuff for breakfast and appetizers and all that we need was there. Would recommend anytime and would certainly come back if we go back to South Beach in the future. Thanks for all!

Great space. Left $2,000 earrings that apparently could not be found. Fire alarm test added confusion when trying to leave. Then followed by actual alarm.

Hello I apologize for the earring we looked everywhere for them and they where no where in the unit. You also mentioned it to use a few days after your check out date. We do have a strong procedure where I myself go into the units before cleaners and check for any damages ana items left behind. And unfortunately there was nothing. In regards to the fire alarm test we did send you a message a few days before your arrival to notify all guest that there where going to be testing the fire alarm and I never received a response. But unfortunately that is not something we can control since that is mandatory from the city. Thank you

Babymoon in Miami

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel grounds are amazing and the room was beautiful. We enjoyed having full access to all of the amenities the 1 Hotel had to offer. The location was also really great too. My only complaints are that the furniture both inside and outside could definitely use a cleaning (ie, couch has many stains, outdoor cushions were very dirty and could easily have been power washed clean). In addition, I was disappointed to have requested an early check in, was told it couldn't be guaranteed (no problem) and that we'd be notified as soon as we could get into our room. However, we never heard from anyone regarding check in. We had to go to the front desk to be told our room was ready at 3pm)

Family visit to 1 Hotel Residences

Great experience renting at the Residences. As a family of 4 with two young kids (3 and 1), the property was the perfect balance of family friendly and lively. Easy to keep the kids busy and safe and lots do to at nighttime. The unit was generally as advertised. One big issue we had was that the unit did not have a living room rug as it did in the pictures which was one of the main reasons we selected this unit over others. With a 1 yr old just starting to crawl, we didn’t have any easy we to protect his knees (it was all tile) and they never gave us a head up or otherwise. it also made the unit feel much more sterile with noise echoing. We would have appreciated a notice ahead of time. Other than that, a positive experience for the family and would certainly come back to 1 hotel residences

BEST HOTEL IN SOUTH BEACH

The place was absolutely spotless. Very nice hotel and condos in a perfect location. Rooftop pool and bar overlooking all of South Beach and the ocean. Would definitely stay again! This is also a much cheaper alternative than the hotel rooms in most cases and it’s a larger room, you can’t go wrong.
