As you step into this 1,057 Sq. Ft. 1 bed, 1 bath located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach you will immediately feel luxury and nature combined. Bedroom has a king bed with soft silky linens. Bathroom has luxurious towels and toiletries. In the living room you can enjoy lounging on your plush white sofa that also converts into two beds, a twin and a full. Kitchen is fully stocked. Balcony has a table for two.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Thanksgiving week at 1 Hotel Residences

We stayed Mon-Fri of Thanksgiving week in this unit and had a wonderful holiday. The rental representative was very responsive and helped connect us to the hotel concierge for reservations and activities and was responsive to questions throughout our stay. We especially appreciated them getting us into Mila (popular restaurant) at a time when Open Table did not show availability. We've stayed at 1 Hotel (and the residences) before, so we knew what to expect from the hotel. The hotel staff are extremely hospitable and always happy to assist with any request. From the various bars, restaurants and beach club, all the staff are great hosts, fun to talk to and very accommodating. For a large property, 1 Hotel does a great job of making you feel at home. The room was not ready when we arrived. However, it was only a short wait (15 min) as they finished up with cleaning, and the leasing representative came to welcome us personally. The 1-bedroom unit is on a high floor, on the pool side w/ ocean views and was fresh and nicely appointed. Their cactus/succulent table centerpiece was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent again from this owner.

Easter Break in Miami with my Girls

I came down to the 1 Hotel Residences with my 2 daughters, 22 & 15. We love South Beach and the 1 Hotel so this was perfect for us! The space was clean & perfect for our week getaway! We enjoyed wonderful pool and beach days, dinner at some of South Beach’s best restaurants, shopped and visited the art and design district! We shall return as soon as we can! We loved it! Perfect rental for weekend get away

Five star luxury was the most available host and this property was perfect for the weekend. It’s a gorgeous luxury and very clean apt. The ocean view is great and we love the mid beach location. Ideal rental.
