This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers peaceful lake views, a large backyard, and access to a private neighbourhood beach and park just a short walk away. Enjoy outdoor dining, a fire pit, loungers, lawn games, and relaxing evenings overlooking the water. Located along Essex County’s scenic wine route, you’ll be minutes from wineries, breweries, restaurants, golf courses, beaches, boutiques, bakeries, cafés, and Kingsville’s charming downtown. Private driveway parking included.

- Second bedroom with queen bed, large closet, and workspace
- Third bedroom with single-over-double bunk bed, dresser, and additional seating

Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towel, and starter toilet paper are provided for your convenience. Salt & pepper and cooking oil available for your use in the kitchen.

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, driveway, and nearby private neighbourhood beach and park.

A locked supply closet is reserved for Airbnb supplies.
