The modern kitchen includes a large island bench, breakfast bar, gas cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, cookware, dinnerware, and cutlery.

Also downstairs is the private master bedroom with a comfortable bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite ideal for parents, couples, or guests avoiding stairs.

Upstairs offers three additional bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a separate toilet, providing flexible space for families, business travellers, or groups.

The home also includes a laundry with washing machine, storage, and fully air-conditioned spaces for year-round comfort.

I enjoy travelling, discovering new places, trying different foods, and spending time with family. These experiences have helped me understand what makes a stay enjoyable: a clean home, comfortable beds, clear communication, convenient facilities, and a peaceful place to relax after a busy day.

I enjoy being a host because I like creating a space where guests can feel at home, whether they are visiting Perth for a holiday, business trip, family visit, relocation, or longer stay. My goal is to provide a smooth and comfortable experience from check-in to check-out, with a home that is practical, welcoming, and well prepared.

I know that small details can make a big difference, especially for families and travellers coming from interstate or overseas. That is why I aim to offer a home that feels clean, safe, relaxing, and easy to enjoy.

As a host, I respect guests’ privacy but I am also happy to assist when needed. I want every guest to feel confident, relaxed, and cared for during their stay. My hope is that guests leave with a positive experience and feel that they have found a comfortable home away from home in Perth.
