Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this charming Sea Pines villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and Lowcountry beauty. Just a short walk to the beach, this spacious retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to experience the best of Hilton Head Island while enjoying peaceful lagoon views and abundant natural surroundings.

Inside, the villa features 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The additional guest rooms include one bedroom with a full-size bed and another featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin bed, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, allowing everyone to unwind in comfort after a day at the beach.

The bright and airy open-concept living space is designed for gathering together, with a full wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that fill the home with natural light and showcase beautiful lagoon views. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a large island with barstool seating, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas for easy entertaining and quality time together.

Step outside onto the private back patio overlooking the lagoon, where you can enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, and watch for native Lowcountry wildlife. A gas grill is provided for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings at home.

For added convenience and fun, guests will enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, 4 complimentary adult bicycles provided by South Beach Bicycles, and 4 backpack beach chairs for easy beach days. Guests also have access to the South Beach Pool for an additional fee, offering another great way to relax and enjoy the Sea Pines lifestyle.

Whether you're biking through Sea Pines, spending the day by the ocean, or simply soaking in the peaceful lagoon setting, this villa is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head getaway.

The villa was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space in the laundry area to store items we brought. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space. The bikes and chairs included in our stay made it easy to go to the beach. The rental company was great and extremely easy to work with. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
