The space
We’ve created this cozy one-bedroom basement apartment as a perfect retreat for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, comfortable place to unwind.

Our goal is to make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. I live upstairs with my family.
The bedroom features two comfortable queen-size bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. In the living room, you’ll find a 50-inch TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, so you can unwind with your favorite shows and movies after a day of exploring.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house, ensuring you can stay connected or stream your favorite shows with ease.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, stove, baking and grill options, and all necessary dishes and utensils. There’s also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals comfortably.


For your comfort, the living room is equipped with gas heating that can warm the entire living space, including the kitchen. Additionally, there’s electric heating available in the living room for extra warmth during colder months.

One of the highlights of this space is the private access to the backyard, offering a perfect spot to relax outdoors, play, or simply enjoy some fresh air. It’s an ideal setting for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or a quiet break surrounded by nature.

The property is monitored by security cameras located around the outside perimeter of the house.
