Our room had numerous issues that should have been fixed before it was rented, these were obvious problems that totally ignored. The shower head was broken and unusable! There were literally HOLES in the floor !! We had a unit on the bottom floor and you could hear every footstep from the people above ALL NIGHT !! The kitchen is bare, poorly equipped. Dishes are old and stained. Barely anything to cook or eat a meal. I contacted the manager and was basically ignored. They replaced the shower head a day later and as for the holes in the floor they simply covered them with a DOOR MAT !!!! There were no face towels in the bathroom and the white bath towels were stained! We ended up having to purchase our own towels!!No one seemed to care about our inconveniences, no follow up call… nothing ! Truly disappointed….

The whole experience was give& take. The pictures shown on the listing was definitely A different unit than the one we received. The units are clean and nice although we really would have preferred the pictures of the unit we saw because we did not want to be in the basement hearing the Stomping the whole time it was hard to rest as there was CONSTANT movement upstairs and it freaked out our animals. They're also was a lost remote the whole entire time for the TV in the bedroom and although we had messaged about it we never received a remote so that was quite a bummer we were in the living room the whole entire time because the Stomping was so loud and the basement bedroom and there was no remote for that TV. My husband did try to sleep in the bedroom but couldn't not to mention I think the bed was broken and although the beds were nice they really weren't that comfortable especially for two people with back problems. There's also an ant problem and they kept swarming towards the dog food on the floor and there was some random bugs flying around. Also, keep watch on the street sweep signs as its street parking! We didn't know and our car got towed to a lot and had to pay 300 to get it out. The unit has some cooking utensils but not enough to actually cook cook, a small pan, a small casserole dish. We had to get creative. Coffee makers werent the best as they leak but it did the job. It was a clean unit tho. Oh, and there's a hole in the floor covered up by a rug, i almost fe
