Exceptionnel 1bed Apt, excellent emplacement pour faire la navette à New York. Arrêt de bus à un pâté de maison. Cet appartement a été récemment rénové et décoré par des professionnels pour rendre votre séjour agréable et élégant. La chambre a un lit queen, plein d'espace de rangement, au salon il y a un canapé-lit complet. TV wifi, une cuisine équipée complète. Ascenseur et buanderie dans un espace commun.

Nous souhaitons la bienvenue à votre maison. Veuillez vous tenir informé des règles de la maison, qui sont mises en place pour tous nos invités afin de maintenir cet endroit à son meilleur et de rendre votre séjour confortable

Claudia was very helpful from start to finish . The apt is set up with everything one needs plus little extras she slips in ! We also paid for a parking spot which was extremely helpful for us arriving back to apt later in evening having a guaranteed spot to mark is a magical thing in NJ ! Claudia is helpful in getting that situated . Bed is comfortable, futon was as well, extra linens for the futon handy. I think an additional item that would be handy in the bedroom closet would be a fold out suitcase holder like ones provided in hotel rooms. There is plenty of room in the closet for it ! It would make the contents of a suitcase easier to access by simply bending over rather than getting on floor level to dig for some socks! Other than that everything one would need is provided ! We did have a slight issue accessing the front door into the building some nights . I think building maintenance might need to look into it. The door was partially locked so the keypad locking and unlocking system wasn’t able to sense it. We finally got it to work after quite a few tries . If I’m ever fortunate enough to make another visit to the NYC area I’d definitely put this apt on my list to stay again !

The positives were that the apartment was very clean, had necessary items and included a comfortable bed and good shower. It had a lot of new features. The check in process was seamless and Claudia was prepped us ahead of time well. If you are planning to take public transportation into Manhattan it is very conveniently located across the street from a bus stop which will bring you to Port Authority in 20 minutes. The downside was that the building was rundown and had a broken front door. The locks on the apartment door were good however. The major drawback was that we visited in June and it was extremely hot for the first 4 days of our 6 night stay. The window air conditioner was able to cool the bedroom effectively. However, the small kitchen/living area had no windows and even when we kept the air on in the bedroom with a fan blowing it was unbearably hot during the heatwave in any room besides the bedroom. It was a lower level apartment and the floor was very hot so maybe it is above the furnace room? Not recommended for a summer stay because you never know when a heatwave will hit. However, might be good option if you don't have to pay World Cup prices in another season of the year.

Perfect location!!

This property was the perfect location for our touring of Manhattan. Communication with Claudia and Ricardo was flawless. The instructions given were easy to follow and very accurate. The apartment was very clean and modern exactly as the pictures in the listing. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was perfect. Parking was set up prior to arrival and an indoor single locked garage was provided at a rate of $10 per night! Wonderful! Try to find that in Manhattan. $55 per day in NYC or roughly $10-$15 per half hour not to mention the $15 toll to get into Manhattan. Instructions on how to use the bus and suggestions on restaurants were provided by the owners and were very helpful. Go and eat at the Mexican restaurant suggested! Best views of Manhattan from across the river. The Bus stops were just outside the apartment and were easy to follow. The Jitney buses come far more frequently than the city buses (every 5 mins or so). The buses are a bit older than the city buses and smaller, but they get you into Times Square in 10 minutes! You flag them down as they approach and pay just prior to exiting. This bus will provide you with change. The location of the apartment was a short trip to the port authority bus terminal through the Lincoln Tunnel for a rate of $3.00 per person. There is a well stocked grocery store a stones throw away from the apartment that has everything you could want and they were playing Latin music over the loud speaker while shopping which was amazing to hear. More grocery stores should do this. For anyone that is viewing this apartment for an affordable room with all the amenities close to Manhattan, look no further. Clean, convenient and safe. What more could you ask for. I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again.
