Bel et luxueux appartement 1 chambre. Excellent emplacement, arrêt de bus à quelques pas de la propriété. Rendez-vous dans la grande pomme en seulement 20 à 25 minutes. Magasins, supermarché à distance de marche. L'appartement est entièrement rénové et décoré professionnellement pour rendre votre séjour confortable et élégant.

Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. The apt was very clean and had everything you needed. I really appreciated how quickly the host was in communication with me. Other bonuses were the onsight parking and the super convenient bus stop right outside the building to travel into the city.

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for my son/mom trip. It’s a very small one bedroom but has a pullout couch. Very clean and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect Space for a Trip

My husband and I were visiting New York just for the weekend. We had a tight budget and the hotel prices were insane! We booked this Vrbo and it was perfect for our needs. It can sleep four, but it would be a tight fit.

Perfect stay

Apartment was clean and very centric, close to supermarkets and bus stops. It was perfect for our family of 3 and only 20-30 mins by bus to the city. Claudia was great with the directions and instructions to check in and out. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to NY.

Beautiful small apartment

This is a great property. A small one bedroom apartment that fit all of our needs for our weekend in New York. Clean and comfortable with GREAT A/C! I wish the New Jersey transit system was more efficient and I would suggest anyone staying here does your research so you are more prepared than we were. Once we figured that out, this apartment has easy access to several bus stops.

Just what we needed four our Broadway trip

This was just what my teen son and I needed for our trip to see a Broadway show. The apartment was clean, super cozy, and just steps from a bus stop for bus 125 that goes over to the Port Authority bus depot every hour.

Great Stay

My 24 year and i had a great stay for the weekend! If youre looking for an affordable quaint property to spend the day in the city with no back and forth to the property, its fantastic! We were able to easily commute to NYC via Lyft for about $100 round trip, leaving around 10 and, returning around 10pm and about a 40 min ride each way. If you're looking for a location to go back and forth between the city and the property conveniently , this is probably not the place. Claudia was very helpful and responsive and overall, this is a great stay for a quick weekend visit! If youre looking for a Lyft each dkrectio. F

Concert get away

The property over all was nice. Only thing I would say is it would of been nice if they had a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom door or something, just something that would be a nice touch . As two woman who got ready for a concert it would of been nice to be able to see a full mirror view. Also, the garage is super narrow. No fault of the owners of course. Just a note that if you drive a bigger vehicle that it would not fit, and it was also kinda annoying to have to put a code into a lock to get in and out of it. I actually closed my ring finger in the crease of the door when we arrived, thankfully I didn't break my finger. And the security on the entrance of the building doesn't exist. That door was open and not locked at any point during our stay. We never had to use the code, but we never felt unsafe. However everything else was great. Clean, perfect for my mom and myself. Wasn't too noisy.

Great communication from Claudia whose response to any queries was always quick and helpful. Very easy check-in/out, NYC bus stop outside front door, supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Very comfortable for two people and very affordable.
