Good. Floor was not super clean and pillows were not super comfortable (but that is just preference). But it does the job for a night’s stay at a great price

Just as advertised

The studio was clean and comfortable. The host communicated very well. Since it is so close to I-45, the neighborhood is understandably lacking in charm, but it was a great place to stay for a couple nights.

If you want a cheap stay, this will be a fine choice.

Price is right if you don't mind having to carry BASIC extra items in your luggage like trash bags, toilet paper, soap, wash cloths, etc. Host didn't communicate check-out instructions with me, nor are they listed under the check-in/check-out details. Neighborhood is pretty rough, so be mindful if you're spending a weekend here. It is loud, you can hear the cars zoom by, and the loud music from neighbors will make it hard to sleep. Nonetheless, it was a cheap stay.

Perfect private Room

This is a steal of a deal! Room was exactly as pictured. Clean and tidy and the AC worked great. Bathroom was nice sized and all that was needed - towels and washcloths. The area does have minerals in the water but they have a filter on the shower which was appreciated. They also provided bottled water in a dispenser. The TV and WiFi worked great and there was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The small table with chairs was perfect for dining and as a desk. The bed was comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Host highly responsive and check in was easy. I would stay again if in the area.

Love Houston. Drove to Galveston loved it too. We actually left the day before Beryl hit so I'm glad my family is safe.

There was a water issue the first night that got resolved eventually. Also there were no washcloths or hand towels so we bought some at Walmart. The lighting in the bathroom was difficult to get oneself ready. But fir the price? It was a cute little place. They had a microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Bed was comfy. Communication was good.

I was very impressed by the location of the property, friendly neighborhood and delicious nearby restaurants and accomadating stores. Immediately felt welcomed and relaxed, the room was decorated very well and the amenities were perfect, the refrigerator didnt work very well, but we brought a cooler with us that we used throughout the trip. The host was more than accomadating and checked up daily if our needs were met. Very nice. Its further from downtown than expected, but only because of the traffic, so keep that in mind. Otherwise we were very sad to leave, and hope to stay again with our next visit in Houston.

Very nicely decorated

Cute place. WIFI is unreliable sometimes is slow and disconnects. Only 1 small roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3 night stay. I asked owner for more and they never brought more. So of course we ran out. Location is good close to highway and in friendly neighborhood.
