Well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime a bay breeze, this Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and coastal cabinets. Feel like dining in? Prepare a lovely dinner with sweeping views of the Ocean. Huge glass windows framing water and city views surround the spacious and tastefully decorated living and dining areas. An added convenience while calling The Quay 1508 home, is the full-size Washer/Dryer found just off the Kitchen!

The Quay 1508 comfortably sleeps your family of 10 with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Primary Bedroom is a coastal retreat tucked away from the Living Area with a luxurious King Bed, Flat Screen TV, large Closet, and Attached Full Bath. The Primary Bath has a vanity area and a Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 Is a quiet escape with a cozy King Bed, a Pyramid bunk, and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3, will sleep up to 4 comfortably with a queen bed, Twin Bunks and another Flat Screen TV. Across the hall, convenient to the bedrooms and the Living Area is the shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Enjoy a gorgeous day on the Beach with a book from The Quay’s library, or dig into some of the other great amenities like the arcade, sauna, and onsite cafe during season. This building features a beautiful Indoor Pool and the pool is open all year! You are only a short walk from many OC attractions, and some of the best dining available. There is something for every member of the family at The Quay!

Building Registration Fee: There is a $125 non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival at The Quay and includes 1 assigned parking space. This is NOT included in the rental rate. Additional parking passes may be available, mostly in off season, at Security for an additional charge.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
