We loved our stay. The owner was very tentative and available if needed. The condo proximity to the beach is perfect, and the view of the sunrise is gorgeous. The condo is perfect with the extra beds, which are all very comfortable. We will be back!

perfect family vacation

With two children ages 5 and 7, this was the perfect place for us! We enjoyed the easy access to the pool, beach, private beach for when the kids didn't want the ocean, indoor pool, arcade, ice cream - Golden Sands had it all. Parents also enjoyed reasonably priced cocktails from the tikibar! Our condo was also just what we needed. The owners provided the basics in our kitchen as well as all the beach basics, making the trip even easier!

Location location location

The condo is beautiful, floor to ceiling ocean views, easy access to room. The condo was large and roomy with comfortable beds and beautiful Bathrooms With hand held shower with a rain shower Head. The exercise room on the twenty second floor was wonderful with panoramic views of both the bay and the ocean. Our family really enjoyed at the condo.

was glad to find something for the odd 3 days during the middle of the week and this worked great. my family and i had this little stop in the middle of doing other things for some beach time and this fit just perfectly

Nice place but could definitely use a deep clean. The cleaners who clean the unit showed up about 15 minutes prior to checkout and were legitimately laying on the floor next to the front door waiting for us to checkout at 10? Little odd but other than that was a decent place.

The unit was very well kept and updated. It had easy access to the elevator and it took only minutes to get to the beach. The owner was very responsive to my questions and very polite. There were only 3 of us and we had plenty of space . It definitely could accommodate more easily. I highly recommend it.

Amazing view

View and proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Golden sands is in need of a little TLC….it’s starting to show its age. Unit could use a deep clean. Otherwise, nice little place for a weekend getaway. I rated check-in 3 stars not because of Stephen who was very accomodating with early check in but because of the lady at the check in desk who gave us a hard time and didn’t care that we had permission from owner. I was seconds away from having to call him when a second desk agent interviened.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful living space and views! The owner of the condo is super nice, caring & attentive. Unfortunately during our stay, the AC broke. Stephen was very accommodating and informative during the process and offered to book us a hotel at his expense to ensure we could enjoy our vacation. Although we opted to stay in the condo, he did what he needed to do and made sure the AC was fixed promptly, even on holiday rates (July 4). Our family will be definitely be return customers not only for the views, but because Stephen and Evolve provided such top notch customer service.

AMAZING!!

It was like paradise ! Our condo was very nice. The management and staff were very attentive and friendly.We spent a lot of time on the beach and enjoyed the Tiki bar afterwards! Matt went above and beyond to give us a good time while we sipped on the delicious cocktails! I came with an old friend this time. My husband and I had been to the Golden Sands several times. Unfortunately he passed a year ago from Cancer. I brought those memories with me. And my friend and I had an awesome time. Thank you so much, you’re the best in Ocean City!!

Nice spot!

The location is terrific. The home was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Even had board games and spices and condiments in the kitchen. Nice appliances and plenty of dishes. Stack washer and dryer was a nice to have. Sheets and towels were provided. Great view. The building exterior is a little off-putting, but the apartment is very nice. The storm door needs to be replaced as do some of the screens. The slider doors were filthy. We windexed them so we could enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The exterior entry lights were missing or malfunctioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
