This is a very nice house. It was very clean and excellent communication from the host. They were very accommodating and their little touches were very much appreciated. The guys extremely enjoyed the outside shower.

This is the second time we stayed here for our family vacation. It is a well appointed beach house in a nice, quiet area . Beach access is ideal, 3 minute walk to the cove beach. And if you want to go to Rehobeth beach, it’s a 30 minute drive depending on traffic. The property borders a natural marsh area that is great for bird watching. The house is very clean, bedrooms are good size and the vaulted ceiling living and dining room area is really nice to relax in. Lastly, the outside shower is top notch. We loved our stay here, communication with the owners was very smooth.

Very nice home on quiet Broadkill Beach. The beach is right across the street and the house looks over the marsh. It has everything you need. Broadkill is a family beach with only single-family homes and no hotels. It is a short drive to Lewes and a just few minutes longer to Rehoboth. Plenty of good restaurants even closer. If you like the outdoors, don't miss Prime Hook wildlife refuge that is five minutes from the house or Cape Henlopen Park about a half hour away. This was our second time at this house and we hope to come back.

Second Stay, Wonderful Again

The house had everything we needed and was just as wonderful as our stay one year ago! The quiet neighborhood, beach access, household amenities, and location are all great! Everything in the house was in great working condition, felt like a little home away from home. Perfect size for a family beach vacation.

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful & relaxing time. Beautiful & very comfortable house in a perfect location. Close to Prime Hook wildlife refuge and short drive to Lewes. Short walk to a gorgeous beach!

Our family had a wonderful time at Gary and Dori's home. They were great hosts with a beautiful, comfortable home just a short walk to the beach. We'd never been to Broadkill Beach before and it's a really charming community - we hope to be back again.

Great House in Great Location

It was our first time visiting Broadkill Beach. We will definitely be back. House was exactly what we needed. Quiet location but close to the beach.
