Beautiful beach house just steps from the beach. Relaxing and quiet location. Listen to the sounds of the beach while relaxing on the porch. Leave all your worries behind and enjoy time with your family and friends.
Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 and half bath home, with a large game room for family game night and added space for those extra guests. Beautiful screened-in porch to enjoy that morning coffee or evening dinner with the family. Beautiful, updated kitchen with all necessary appliances, cookware, toaster, and coffee maker. Additionally, grill out on the back deck, or sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows and tell stories about your day on Broadkill beach. Best of all, after a long day on the beach, jump in the outside shower and wash all the sand and salt away.
Everything you need is within a short walk or drive. The broadkill store has some of the best menu items around. The store serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Also known for their homemade donuts, rustic pizza, hand dipped Ice cream, and lots of great souvenirs. The Foodlion grocery store is 5 miles away in the town of Milton. In the same plaza there is a liquor store, drug store, and several takeout restaurants. If you like golf, the Rookery golf course is right up the road as you come into Broadkill on Rt16. Be sure to bring your surf fishing supplies. Broadkill is known for its wide variety of fish species and ranked as one of the best surf fishing beaches in Sussex County.
This is the perfect getaway for making beach memories. You will love everything about this old town beach community.

Beautiful beach time

This is our third year at this spot, the beach is great and not crowded, the surf fishing is great, and the owners and very responsive to any concerns or questions that come up.

Great quiet family vacay during a field hockey tournament

The house is much roomier than the description provides! The place was very clean and had everything you needed for a family stay. Great quiet family-oriented location with just a five minute walk to the beach. We’ll be back for next year’s tournament! Thanks so much!

Relaxing and comfortable get away

Took son’s family to see the horseshoe crabs. It was a memory of the grandsons from a few years ago that they wanted to repeat. Nice location between historic Dover and Rehoboth beach. Cape Henlopen is close and has a wonderful beachfront. We even managed a day trip to DC! The Broadkill Store is a wonderful convenience. The town of Milton is close by for other needs. Would recommend The Backyard restaurant, especially for breakfast. The house is spacious with 3 floors and a bathroom on each floor. The hosts have everything you need. They are so nice and available anytime you need them. We had a wonderful time!

Extended Stay

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay here in Broadkill Beach and this home. The hosts are super responsive to anything you might need in order to make your stay comfortable. The location to the beach is half a block away. So much to do in the surrounding area as well.

Lovely house and beautiful location

We had a great stay! House was just as described and felt bigger than the pictures made it look. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots and pans and other items needed for cooking. Easy walk to the bay beach and not at all far to the state beach at Cape Henlopen, great spot to stay with kids.

Great House/Great Location

We were a group of 6 and the house was bigger than perfect. Rooms are large, Great location and lots of Amenities as well. If you want a great Bay-Beach Vacation with lots of Fishing and swimming this is the Place! I believe we will be booking this again for next year!

Nice stay in July

The property was very neat and clean with lots of living space, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Broadkill Beach was a short walk away. Other Delaware beaches (Henlopen, Bethany and Rehoboth) were not far by car. Host was quickly responsive and helpful. Our family of four had a very nice time.

Great location by beach and functional space

We were a group of six, and the house worked great. Lots of usable, space and only three minute walk to the beach. Host was easy to work with.

Nice stay

We enjoyed the size of the house and closeness to the beach. Beds were comfortable. The house was stocked with items to use if you wanted to cook. Over all it was a nice stay for the price and location.
