Designed to embrace its rainforest setting, the home unfolds across two levels with soaring ceilings, architectural timber detailing and expansive glazing drawing the surrounding greenery into the interiors. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the open-plan living and dining spaces with natural light and create a remarkable connection to the landscape.



The heart of the home flows effortlessly onto a vast undercover entertaining deck overlooking the rainforest — an inviting setting for long breakfasts, afternoon drinks and relaxed dinners surrounded by nature.

A car is strongly recommended, allowing you to explore the rainforest, reef, coast and Tablelands before returning to the privacy of your own tropical retreat.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, private swimming pool, deck, garden and fire pit throughout their stay.



Self check-in provides a simple and flexible arrival, while ample private parking is available for multiple vehicles. The property also features a security and alarm system.



As public transport is limited, a car is strongly recommended for exploring Kuranda and the surrounding Tropical North Queensland region.



Other Things to Note:

This is a genuine rainforest retreat, where the sights and sounds of nature are part of the experience. Guests may encounter birds, butterflies, frogs, geckos, insects and other native wildlife around the property.



Due to the open, unfenced garden pond, swimming pool and multiple flights of stairs, the property is not suitable for young children. Children staying at the villa must be at least 12 years old and supervised around all outdoor areas.



The private swimming pool is not heated, and its temperature varies naturally with the weather and season. Use of the outdoor fire pit is subject to weather conditions and any local fire restrictions or bans.



Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. For reservations longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change is mandatory for $300 per service.
